#### الوصف الوظيفي

**الفرصة المتاحة:**
تحت إشراف مسؤول إدارة الحالة والتوجيه من المتخصص في إدارة الحالة، ستكون مسؤولية عامل الحالة تنفيذ الأنشطة المتعلقة بإدارة الحالات الفردية من خلال نهج قائم على المنزل. يتضمن الدور دعم الأطفال المعرضين للخطر ضمن نطاق إدارة الحالة والرعاية البديلة، ويشمل ذلك جميع الجنسيات والوضع القانوني مثل اللاجئين، والمقيمين، وغير الموثقين.

بالإضافة إلى العمل مع الطفل، قد يتطلب الدور العمل مع العائلة البيولوجية، الجيران، والمجتمع المضيف أو المؤسسات الأخرى. خلال حالات الطوارئ الإنسانية الكبرى، قد يُطلب من المرشح العمل خارج ساعات العمل المعتادة.

#### Job Description

**Opportunity Overview:**
Under the direct supervision of the Case Management Officer and the guidance of the Case Management Specialist, the Case Worker will be responsible for implementing individual case management activities through a home-based approach. This role supports vulnerable children within the scope of case management and alternative care across various legal statuses, including refugees, residents, and undocumented individuals.

The role requires collaboration with the child’s family, community, and service providers. During major humanitarian emergencies, the role may require working outside normal hours.

#### Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in child protection case management
– Strong reporting skills, especially for submitting comprehensive reports
– Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
– Commitment to **Save The Children’s** core principles
– Ability to work under pressure
– Experience with CPIMS data management systems
