#### وصف الوظيفة:

تبحث لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية (IRC) عن مساعدين في حماية الأطفال للعمل في استجابة الطوارئ في عكار. سيتولى المتقدم تنفيذ أنشطة دعم نفسي اجتماعي للأطفال والمراهقين في مناطق النزوح. تشمل المهام تقديم الإسعافات النفسية الأولية للأطفال وأسرهم، إلى جانب تنظيم جلسات توعية حول المخاطر. كما يُطلب من المساعد التعاون مع المتطوعين والمجتمع المحلي لضمان تقديم خدمات فعالة في بيئة آمنة للأطفال.

**المسؤوليات:**
– تقديم أنشطة الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي للأطفال (6 – 17 سنة)
– تنفيذ الإسعافات النفسية الأولية للأطفال ومقدمي الرعاية
– الإشراف الفني على المتطوعين المجتمعيين
– تنظيم جلسات توعية حول حماية الأطفال والمخاطر المحتملة
– جمع البيانات وإحالة الحالات الحرجة إلى فرق إدارة الحالة

#### Job Description:

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking Child Protection Facilitators for its emergency response in Akkar. The facilitator will implement psychosocial support activities for children and adolescents in displacement areas. Responsibilities include providing Psychological First Aid (PFA) to children and caregivers and organizing awareness sessions on risks. The facilitator will also work closely with community volunteers and local leaders to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children.

**Responsibilities:**
– Deliver psychosocial support activities to children (6 – 17 years old)
– Provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) to children and their caregivers
– Supervise and coach community volunteers
– Organize awareness sessions about child protection and risks
– Collect data and refer critical cases to case management teams

##### Requirements:
– Technical diploma or degree in social work or animation
– Experience in delivering psychosocial activities for children
– Effective communication skills with volunteers and stakeholders
– Ability to work in challenging environments
