Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the Validation Process:

   • Assist with the validation process at the project’s initiation, including identifying targets, validation activities, and the implementation phase.

2. Homework Support Groups (HSGs) & Remedial Education:

   • Conduct daily Homework Support Groups (HSGs) and remedial education based on the individual needs of students.
   • Develop remedial plans tailored to student needs.

8. Monitoring and Reporting:

   • Monitor and report any incidents occurring within the classroom to Education Center Officers.
   • Track and report student attendance on a daily basis, notifying the Education Center Officer of any absences.

9. Communication with Parents and Teachers:

   • Communicate and interact with parents, teachers, and students as needed.

10. Improving Teaching Skills:

    • Improve teaching techniques based on feedback from the Education Technical Lead and Education Center Officer.

11. Direct Reporting and Coordination:

    • Report directly to the Education Center Officer, ensuring tasks are aligned with work plans and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in teaching or educational support.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Experience in child education and organizing educational activities.
