تسعى منظمة Land O'Lakes Venture37 حاليًا إلى توظيف سائقين للعمل في مشروع “تمكين الأنظمة المحلية في الزراعة” (ELSA)، والذي ممول من وكالة التنمية الدولية الأمريكية (USAID). المشروع يهدف إلى تطوير أنظمة محلية مستدامة لتوفير المدخلات الزراعية بأسعار معقولة وضمان توفرها بشكل مستمر، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء قنوات تسويقية شاملة في القطاع الزراعي.
تفاصيل الوظيفة:

- المهام الرئيسية:
- قيادة المركبات المخصصة للمشروع وفقًا للجدول الزمني والموافقة على الطرق.
- إجراء الفحص الروتيني والصيانة للمركبة، بما في ذلك فحص الزيت، الوقود، الفرامل، الإضاءة، المساحات، ضغط الإطارات والمياه.
- قراءة وفهم أدلة التشغيل الخاصة بالمركبة والتأكد من تشغيل جميع الأجهزة بشكل صحيح.
- التأكد من تسجيل وصيانة سجل المركبة بشكل دقيق.
- التنسيق مع المساعد الإداري لضمان تحديث رخصة الطريق وبوليصة التأمين للمركبة.
- تقديم المساعدة والمعلومات العامة لموظفي المنظمة والزوار والشركاء.
- الحفاظ على نظافة المركبة من الداخل والخارج.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وحديثة وفقًا لمتطلبات الإدارة.
- أداء مهام صيانة بسيطة للمركبات حسب الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع الإدارة والصيانة الدورية للمركبات لتقليل التوقفات.
- تقديم اقتراحات لتحسين كفاءة العمليات وتقليل التكاليف.
- تقديم التقارير المطلوبة في الوقت المحدد وفقًا للسياسات الخاصة بالمنظمة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى حسب توجيه الإدارة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- الخبرة: من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في منصب مشابه.
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- القدرة على قيادة مركبة متعددة الركاب بأمان ووفقًا للقوانين المحلية.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم إشارات الطريق.
- القدرة على التواصل بشكل فعال باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (شفهيًا وكتابيًا).
- القدرة على إعداد سجلات وتقارير دقيقة.
- معرفة واسعة بتشغيل المركبات وصيانتها.
- القدرة على إجراء إصلاحات بسيطة على المركبة.
- شهادة القيادة الدفاعية (مفضلة).

Land O'Lakes Venture37 is a nonprofit organization committed to helping communities thrive globally through agriculture development projects. With over 40 years of experience and operating in more than 80 countries, Venture37 strengthens local economies by improving agricultural practices, helping agribusinesses create jobs, and connecting farmers to markets.
Currently, Land O'Lakes Venture37 is seeking Drivers for the Empowering Local Systems in Agriculture (ELSA) project, funded by USAID. The project aims to establish sustainable local systems that ensure affordable, consistent agricultural input availability and create inclusive market channels within the agricultural sector.
Job Details:
- Sector: Agriculture
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project vehicles on scheduled and approved routes.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking oil, fuel, brakes, lights, windshield wipers, tire pressures, and water.
- Read and understand vehicle manuals and ensure proper operation of all vehicle devices.
- Ensure that the Vehicle Logbook is properly maintained.
- Liaise with the Administrative Assistant to ensure the project vehicle’s road license and insurance policy are up-to-date.
- Provide general assistance and information to Land O'Lakes staff, visitors, and designated partners.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle's cleanliness inside and out.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records as requested by management.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicles.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize service interruptions.
- Suggest improvements to vehicle operations for cost reduction with minimal operational impacts.
- Submit incident and supporting reports in a timely manner according to Land O'Lakes policies.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
- Required Skills:
- Ability to safely drive multi-passenger vehicles in accordance with Lebanese laws and organizational policies.
- Ability to read and interpret road signs.
- Effective communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and oral).
- Ability to prepare concise and accurate reports and records.
- In-depth knowledge of assigned vehicle operations and features.
- Ability to identify vehicle maintenance needs and perform minor repairs.
- Defensive driving certificate (preferred).
Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Full-time
- Contract Duration: 1 year, renewable
- Salary Range: $1200 – $1500 per month
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic, basic English required.
