المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

للأطفال:

• إجراء تقييمات لتحديد الاحتياجات الاجتماعية والحماية.
• تقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للأطفال بشكل فردي وجماعي.
• تسهيل الإحالات للخدمات الصحية والتعليمية وحماية الأطفال.
• التعاون مع المعلمين والأخصائيين النفسيين لتلبية احتياجات الأطفال بشكل شامل.

للأهل ومقدمي الرعاية:

• تنظيم جلسات توعية حول التربية الإيجابية وحماية الأطفال.
• تقديم المشورة للأسر لمعالجة التحديات الاجتماعية والعائلية.
• توصيل الأسر بالموارد المجتمعية للحصول على دعم إضافي.

للموظفين:

• دعم الفريق في التعرف على مخاطر حماية الأطفال.
• تقديم تدريبات حول حماية الأطفال وأساليب الدعم الاجتماعي.
• توفير الدعم العاطفي للموظفين الذين يواجهون ضغوط العمل أو الصدمات الثانوية.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في العمل مع الأطفال والأسر، ويفضل في مجال الحماية.
• فهم قوي لمبادئ حماية الأطفال.
• إلمام بديناميكيات المجتمع اللبناني وموارده.
• الطلاقة في اللغة العربية وإجادة جيدة جدًا للغة الإنجليزية.

Job Details:

• Work Location: Sabra and Karantina Centers, Beirut, Lebanon
• Schedule: Once a week (8 hours per day)

Key Responsibilities

For Children:

• Conduct assessments to identify social and protection needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling to children facing social or emotional challenges.
• Facilitate referrals to healthcare, education, and protection services.
• Collaborate with educators and psychologists to address children’s holistic needs.

For Parents and Caregivers:

• Organize awareness sessions on positive parenting and child safeguarding.
• Provide counseling and guidance to address family and social challenges.
• Connect families to community resources for additional support.

For Staff:

• Support staff in identifying and addressing child protection risks.
• Facilitate training sessions on child safeguarding and social support approaches.
• Provide emotional support to staff dealing with stress and secondary trauma.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working with children and families, preferably in a protection-focused setting.
• Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding principles.
• Familiarity with community dynamics and resources in Lebanon.
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
