الوصف الوظيفي
تبحث منظمة Humedica International عن مسؤول/ة للرصد والتقييم للعمل في لبنان ضمن فريقها الميداني. ستكون المسؤولية الأساسية لهذا الدور هي تصميم وتنفيذ أنشطة الرصد والتقييم للمشروع، بالتعاون مع منسق المنطقة، لضمان سير المشروع وفقًا للأهداف المحددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع فرق البرامج: لتطوير أطر رصد وتقييم شاملة تشمل المؤشرات، أدوات جمع البيانات، وخطط الرصد، بما يتماشى مع أهداف المنظمة.
- مراقبة الأنشطة: متابعة الأنشطة اليومية للمشروع ومخرجاته لضمان التزامها بالمؤشرات والأهداف المحددة.
- إعداد تقارير دورية: تقديم تقارير داخلية منتظمة تتعلق بتقدم تنفيذ المشروع.
- جمع البيانات وتحليلها: استخدام أدوات جمع البيانات مثل Kobo Toolkit و ODK، وتحليل النتائج لتوفير ملاحظات عملية لتحسين سير العمل.
- تحليل إحصائي: ملء البيانات، التحقق منها وتحليل الإحصائيات المتعلقة بالمشروع.
- التفاعل مع المستفيدين: إجراء مكالمات هاتفية للمستفيدين من خدمات المنظمة لجمع ملاحظاتهم وتقييم الأثر.
- التعلم المشترك: تيسير تبادل الخبرات بين الفرق، وتحليل الدروس المستفادة من تنفيذ المشاريع.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل في المجالات الصحية أو تنمية المجتمع أو في المنظمات غير الحكومية.
- معرفة واسعة باستخدام أدوات جمع البيانات، والمشاركة المجتمعية، والتحليل الإحصائي.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
- القدرة على استخدام برامج جمع البيانات مثل Kobo Toolkit و ODK.
- القدرة على إدارة الأولويات والعمل في بيئة سريعة.

Job Description
Humedica International is looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer in Lebanon. This role will focus on designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation activities for a project. The M&E Officer will assist the Area Coordinator in preparing reports and ensuring the smooth running of the project through daily monitoring.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Program Teams: Develop M&E frameworks including indicators, data collection tools, and monitoring plans in alignment with Humedica's goals.
- Regular Monitoring: Monitor daily project activities, outputs, and outcomes to ensure alignment with predefined indicators and targets.
- Reporting: Provide internal M&E reports regularly (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Data Collection and Analysis: Use tools such as Kobo Toolkit and ODK for data collection and statistical analysis to inform project adjustments.
- Beneficiary Interaction: Conduct phone calls to beneficiaries supported by Humedica to gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge exchange among teams by analyzing lessons learned and identifying best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in health, community development, or NGOs.
- Experience working with NGOs or in the humanitarian sector and using data collection tools.
- Familiarity with health indicators, data collection methods, and participatory methodologies.
- Proficiency in M&E tools, feedback platforms, and statistical analysis software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
