في بيان لها، أوضحت الجمعية أن تشكيل هذه الحكومة يمثل نقطة تحول حاسمة في تاريخ لبنان، خصوصاً في ظل التزامها الواضح بتنفيذ الإصلاحات المالية والاقتصادية، مما يعيد بناء الاقتصاد اللبناني على أسس ثابتة ومستدامة. كما أثنت الجمعية على جهود الحكومة في تعزيز الثقة بين المواطنين والدولة، وكذلك بين لبنان ومحيطه العربي والدولي، كما صرّح بذلك الرئيس نواف سلام من القصر الجمهوري.
وأشارت الجمعية إلى أن هذه الالتزامات تمثل خطوة أساسية نحو بناء دولة القانون ومعالجة أسباب الأزمة الاقتصادية الطاحنة، فضلاً عن إعادة لبنان إلى مكانه الطبيعي على الخارطة المالية العالمية، ما سيسهم في إنعاش القطاع المصرفي ويعزز قدراته.
وتعبيراً عن أملها في المستقبل، أعربت الجمعية عن تفاؤلها بأن تشكّل هذه المرحلة بداية لورشة إصلاحية وطنية شاملة، تشارك فيها جمعية المصارف بشكل فعّال، بحيث تُعيد للبنان مكانته المالية في المنطقة، وتفتح آفاقاً جديدة للازدهار والاستقرار لجميع أبنائه.

The Lebanese Banking Association congratulated Prime Minister Nawal Salam and the Lebanese people on the formation of the “Reform and Rescue” government, stating that this national milestone represents a beacon of hope for a better future for Lebanon and a means of restoring the confidence of the international community in the country.
In its statement, the Association emphasized that the formation of this government marks a decisive turning point in Lebanon’s history, especially given its clear commitment to implementing financial and economic reforms. These steps are aimed at rebuilding Lebanon’s economy on solid and sustainable foundations. The Association also praised the government's efforts to reinforce trust between the citizens and the state, as well as between Lebanon and its Arab and international surroundings, as highlighted by President Nawal Salam from the presidential palace.
