الوصف الوظيفي:

تسعى منظمة “Save The Children” العالمية لإيجاد موظف متخصص في مجال السلامة والأمن للعمل في بيروت. سيكون المسؤول عن السلامة والأمن جزءاً من فريق العمل الميداني، تحت إشراف المدير الإقليمي، حيث يتعين عليه التعامل مع مختلف التحديات الأمنية التي قد تواجه العاملين في الميدان والمتطوعين.

المسؤوليات الأساسية:

1. دعم إدارة السلامة والأمن:

   • تنفيذ الإجراءات الأمنية وتقييم المخاطر بشكل دوري.
   • التعاون مع الجهات الأمنية المحلية لتنفيذ إجراءات السلامة.

2. التواصل والإدارة:

   • استخدام أنظمة الاتصال المتقدمة مثل أجهزة الراديو (VHF وHF)، الهواتف الفضائية، والهواتف المحمولة.

3. تدريب السلامة والأمن:

   • تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية للموظفين والمتطوعين في مجال السلامة.
   • إجراء تمارين عملية لمحاكاة الحوادث الأمنية أو الكوارث الطبيعية.

4. التنسيق مع السلطات المعنية:

   • التنسيق مع السلطات الأمنية المحلية والدولية لضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات الأمنية بشكل صحيح.
   • تقديم تقارير دورية عن الأوضاع الأمنية إلى مدير الأمان في المكتب الوطني.

5. إدارة المخاطر في بيئات غير مستقرة:

   • تقديم استشارات بشأن كيفية التعامل مع التحديات الأمنية في المناطق الميدانية.

6. التزام بالمبادئ الإنسانية:

   • ضمان التزام جميع الإجراءات الأمنية بالمبادئ الإنسانية وحيادية العمل.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• المؤهل التعليمي: درجة بكاليروس أو خبرة ذات صلة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
• الخبرة العملية: بين سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في المنظمات غير الربحية.
• المهارات التقنية: المعرفة المتقدمة بأنظمة الاتصال والتعامل مع الأجهزة التقنية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط: قدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة التغير.
• مهارات التواصل: إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
• رخصة القيادة: ضرورة وجود رخصة قيادة سارية.

Job Description:

Save The Children, a global humanitarian organization, is seeking a Safety and Security Officer for its operations in Beirut. Under the supervision of the Area Manager (AM), this role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of staff, assets, and volunteers in all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Safety and Security Management:

   • Implement security procedures, conduct regular risk assessments, and support safety measures.
   • Collaborate with local security personnel to align practices with organizational policies.

2. Communication and Coordination Management:

   • Utilize advanced communication technologies, including VHF and HF radios, satellite phones, and mobile phones.

3. Safety and Security Training Implementation:

   • Design and deliver training sessions on safety and security for staff and volunteers.
   • Conduct emergency response drills for security incidents and natural disasters.

4. Coordination with Authorities:

   • Submit regular security reports to the Country Office Security Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3 years in a related field).
• Work Experience: 2-3 years in nonprofit organizations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with communication systems such as satellite phones and radio systems.
• Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Valid Driving License: Required.
