نبذة عن المجلس النرويجي للاجئين (NRC)
يعمل المجلس النرويجي للاجئين في أكثر من 30 دولة حول العالم، ويدعم ملايين اللاجئين والمجتمعات المحلية المتضررة من الأزمات. يلتزم المجلس بتوفير حماية للأطفال، التعليم، والرعاية الصحية، وهو يبحث عن الأفراد المتحمسين والمبدعين للانضمام إلى فريقه المتنوع في لبنان.
وصف الوظيفة
يتمثل دور مسؤول/ة التعليم في تنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية داخل منطقة البقاع، بالتعاون مع المجتمع المحلي، والمجتمعات المضيفة، إضافة إلى تقديم الدعم الشامل للمجتمعات الضعيفة، مثل اللاجئين.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تنسيق الأنشطة التعليمية وفقًا للاستراتيجيات والمقترحات والميزانيات والخطط.
- التأكد من الالتزام بسياسات المجلس النرويجي للاجئين ومتطلبات المانحين.
- إشراك وإبلاغ المجتمعات المحلية وقادة المجتمع حول الأنشطة.
- تحضير تقارير دورية تقدم بشكل منتظم إلى الفريق المعني.
- الإشراف على تطوير وتدريب الفرق المحلية.
- المساهمة في تطوير برامج التدريب بناءً على التقييمات واحتياجات التدريب.
- إنشاء بيئة صفية آمنة ومناسبة لتطور الأطفال والشباب اجتماعيًا وعاطفيًا.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في التعليم أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال التعليم في سياق إنساني أو تعليمي.
- مهارات قوية في الكتابة البحثية والإبلاغ.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
- قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي بيئات غير مستقرة.
- قدرة على التواصل الفعال والعمل ضمن فرق متعددة الثقافات.

Job Description
The Education Officer is responsible for implementing educational activities within the Bekaa area. This includes collaborating with local communities and host communities, as well as providing support to vulnerable groups such as refugees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate educational activities in line with strategies, proposals, budgets, and plans.
- Ensure compliance with NRC policies and donor requirements.
- Engage and inform communities and community leaders about activities.
- Prepare regular progress reports to the relevant NRC staff.
- Supervise and train local teams.
- Participate in designing and implementing training programs based on needs assessments.
- Develop and maintain a safe and appropriate learning environment for children and youth.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of educational programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in education in a humanitarian or recovery context.
- Strong documentation, research, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure in insecure environments.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
