الوصف الوظيفي لموظف/ة التوعية
يُعد موظف/ة التوعية نقطة الاتصال الأولى بين الجمعية والمستفيدين من الخدمات. يلعب هذا الدور دوراً أساسياً في بناء العلاقات مع المجتمع المستهدف، وتنظيم الأنشطة الميدانية، وتحفيز المشاركين في البرامج التي تقدمها الجمعية.
الأهداف الرئيسية:
الهدف 1: العمل عن كثب مع المجتمع المحلي
- بناء علاقات إيجابية وطويلة الأمد مع المجتمع المستهدف والمنظمات غير الحكومية، والسلطات المحلية، والمجموعات المجتمعية الأخرى.
- تنظيم فعاليات اجتماعية لفهم القضايا المحلية والعمل على حلها.
- نشر الوعي حول الأنشطة والمشاريع التي تنظمها الجمعية في المنطقة.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة المحليين لتسهيل تنفيذ المشروع.
- دعم ظهور المشروع وزيادة الوعي حول الأنشطة التي تتم في المجتمع.
الهدف 2: إجراء التقييمات الميدانية
- إجراء تقييمات ميدانية لتحديد المجتمعات المستفيدة.
- تطوير خطط ميدانية أسبوعية تتضمن الأنشطة الميدانية واحتياجات المجتمع.
الهدف 3: التقارير
- تقديم تقارير أسبوعية إلى منسق المركز حول نتائج الزيارات الميدانية.
- جمع وتوثيق بيانات المستفيدين مثل استمارات التسجيل واستبيانات التقدم.
- حفظ السجلات بدقة لكل التفاعلات مع المستفيدين وتحويلاتهم إلى خدمات أخرى.
- جمع قصص إنسانية، مقابلات مع المستفيدين، ودراسات حالة لدعم التواصل حول المشروع.
الهدف 4: متابعة تقدم المشروع
- المشاركة في الدورات التدريبية المتعلقة بمراقبة وتقييم الأنشطة.
الهدف 5: الإحالة والتوجيه
- بناء شبكات من الخدمات المناسبة بناءً على احتياجات المستفيدين.
- تقديم الدعم في التنقل داخل النظام الصحي، الوصول إلى الخدمات الاجتماعية، والبرامج الحكومية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- شهادة بكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في مجال التوعية المجتمعية أو وظيفة مشابهة.
- إجادة اللغة العربية واللغة الإنجليزية بدرجة جيدة.
- القدرة على العمل الجماعي والتواصل الفعّال مع جميع الأطراف.

Job Description for Outreach Worker
The Outreach Worker serves as the first point of contact between the NGO and the beneficiaries. The role is critical in building relationships with the local community, conducting field activities, and motivating community members to engage in the programs offered by the association. This role is central to the success of the program within the community.
Main Objectives:
Objective 1: Work closely with the local community
- Build and maintain positive relationships with target communities, NGOs, local authorities, and other groups.
- Organize social events and community meetings to understand local issues.
- Raise awareness about the project and the relevant staff to ensure coordination and engagement.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders for smooth project implementation.
- Support the visibility of the project and promote its activities within the community.
Objective 2: Conduct field assessments
- Assess the local community to identify potential beneficiaries and inform their families about the project.
- Develop a detailed weekly plan specifying the outreach activities and the community needs.
Objective 3: Reporting
- Provide weekly reports to the Center Coordinator about field activities.
- Maintain and share accurate beneficiary data such as registration forms, attendance, and progress reports.
- Collect human interest stories, beneficiary interviews, and case studies to support the Project Communications Officer.
Objective 4: Monitoring progress
- Participate in training sessions on Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tools and processes to track the project's impact.
Objective 5: Referral and Networking
- Build networks of services based on the beneficiaries' needs.
- Assist beneficiaries with navigating healthcare systems, social services, and government programs.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in community outreach or a related position.
- Fluency in Arabic and good proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse community members.
