الوصف الوظيفي:
هل أنت مهتم بإحداث فرق في التعليم داخل لبنان؟ إذا كنت تمتلك خلفية في التربية أو المجالات ذات الصلة ولديك القدرة على العمل في بيئات متنوعة، فإن لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية (IRC) تقدم فرصة مثالية كمراقب صفوف في منطقة الشمال وعكار. سيُطلب منك مراقبة طرق التدريس في الفصول الدراسية بالتعاون مع اليونيسف والمشاركة في تقييم أداء المعلمين.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- حضور تدريب: المشاركة في تدريبات خاصة بمراقبة أساليب التدريس وإدخال البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
- زيارة الفصول الدراسية: القيام بزيارات منتظمة للمدارس في الشمال وعكار لمراقبة أداء المعلمين وأساليب التدريس وإدارة الفصول الدراسية.
- إعداد التقارير: تعبئة استمارات تقييم أداء المعلمين داخل الصفوف وتقديم التقارير حول النتائج والمشكلات المحتملة.
- التعاون مع المسؤولين: التنسيق مع موظفي التعليم للإبلاغ عن أي احتياجات تدريبية إضافية.
- الاجتماعات الأسبوعية: المشاركة في اجتماعات تقارير وتخطيط أسبوعية لضمان التزام الأنشطة بمعايير الجودة ومتطلبات التقارير.
- حفظ السرية: ضمان سرية المعلومات المتعلقة بالملاحظات والتقارير.
- دخول البيانات: إدخال بيانات الملاحظات في الأنظمة المعتمدة، مع ضمان دقة البيانات المدخلة.
- الامتثال لسياسات IRC: اتباع إجراءات السلامة الخاصة باللجنة والسياسات المتعلقة بالأمان.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة تعليمية في التربية أو علم النفس التربوي أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في تعبئة الاستبيانات وإدخال البيانات.
- معرفة بمبادئ العمل الإنساني وفهم جيد للمنطقة واللغة المحلية.
- خبرة في العمل مع المجتمعات اللاجئة في لبنان تعتبر ميزة.
- القدرة على التواصل الفعّال والعمل بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية والفرنسية.

Job Description:
Are you passionate about improving education in Lebanon? The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is offering an exciting opportunity for Classroom Observers in the North and Akkar regions. As part of the Dirasa project, in partnership with UNICEF, you will monitor classroom teaching methods and contribute to assessing teacher performance, providing valuable feedback to IRC Education Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Participation: Actively participate in training related to teaching modality monitoring, data entry, and reporting.
- Classroom Visits: Conduct regular visits to schools in the North and Akkar regions to observe teaching methods, classroom management, and teacher performance.
- Report Writing: Complete assessment forms for each teacher’s performance and report on any challenges or issues.
- Collaboration with Education Officers: Work closely with Education Officers to identify and address any additional training needs for teachers.
- Weekly Reporting Meetings: Participate in weekly reporting and planning meetings to ensure adherence to care quality standards and reporting requirements.
- Confidentiality: Ensure that all observation data remains confidential.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter observation data into platforms/databases.
- Compliance with IRC Policies: Follow IRC’s safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Technical/University degree in Education, Pedagogy, or related field.
- Experience in completing surveys and data entry.
- Knowledge of humanitarian principles and a strong understanding of the local region and language.
- Experience working with refugee communities in Lebanon is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic, English, and French.
