الوصف الوظيفي:

إذا كنت مهتماً بالمساهمة في تحسين حياة الأطفال والشباب في لبنان وتعمل في بيئة مجتمعية وداعمة، فإن منظمة Terre Des Hommes Italy تقدم لك فرصة للعمل كعامل توعية في منطقة البقاع. ستعمل ضمن فريق يعمل على تعزيز الوعي المجتمعي، تقديم المساعدة للأطفال والمجتمعات المحلية، والمساهمة في تنفيذ الأنشطة المجتمعية المختلفة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

1. التواصل مع المجتمع المحلي:

   • بناء علاقات إيجابية مع المجتمعات المحلية، المنظمات غير الحكومية، السلطات المحلية والمجموعات المجتمعية.
   • التنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية المحلية لبناء قبول للمشروع وضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة بسلاسة.
   • إبلاغ المجتمع المحلي عن أنشطة المشروع وتنسيق الأنشطة مع الفرق العاملة لضمان التآزر بين الجهود.
   • تحديث المعلومات المتعلقة بالخدمات المتاحة في المنطقة وتنظيم الاجتماعات المجتمعية وفقاً لمبادئ الشفافية والشمولية.

2. إجراء التقييمات الميدانية:

   • تحديد المجتمعات المستفيدة المحتملة والمساهمة في وضع خرائط للاحتياجات وتحديد الأماكن المناسبة لتنفيذ الأنشطة.
   • تطوير خطة أسبوعية تفصيلية لتحديد الاحتياجات والمناطق المستهدفة.

3. إعداد التقارير والتوثيق:

   • تقديم تقارير أسبوعية إلى منسق المركز/المنطقة حول نتائج الزيارات الميدانية.
   • جمع وتوثيق جميع بيانات المستفيدين (استمارات التسجيل، استمارات الحضور، استمارات تقدم الأطفال) ومشاركتها مع مدير البيانات في TDH IT.
   • المساهمة في إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية وربع سنوية عن تقدم الأنشطة وتأثير المشروع.
   • دعم فريق الاتصال في المشروع من خلال جمع قصص إنسانية، مقابلات مع المستفيدين ودراسات حالة.

4. متابعة تطور المشروع:

   • إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالتقدم الكمي والنوعي للمشروع.
   • المشاركة في تدريبات على أدوات وآليات مراقبة وتقييم (M&E).

5. متابعة الحالات الخاصة:

   • التنسيق مع المنسق لمتابعة الأطفال الذين يعانون من حالات خاصة وفقاً لإجراءات TDH IT.
   • متابعة حالات الإحالات الداخلية والخارجية مع أخصائيي العمل الاجتماعي.

6. التنسيق مع مقدمي الخدمات الآخرين:

   • التنسيق مع مقدمي الخدمات الآخرين في المنطقة لتحديث خرائط الخدمات بشكل دوري.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة بكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية أو العمل الاجتماعي.
• من 2 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال التوعية أو العمل الاجتماعي.
• مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
• خبرة في العمل مع المجتمعات المحلية.
• قدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وأيضاً بشكل مستقل.
• الالتزام بسياسات المنظمة وإجراءاتها.

Job Description:

Are you passionate about supporting children and youth in Lebanon and working within a community-driven environment? Terre Des Hommes Italy offers an opportunity to work as an Outreach Worker in the Bekaa region. In this role, you will help raise awareness, support local communities, and contribute to the implementation of various community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement:

   • Establish and maintain positive relationships with local communities, NGOs, local authorities, and other community groups.
   • Liaise with local stakeholders to build project acceptance and ensure smooth implementation.
   • Inform the broader community about project activities and ensure synergies among the various teams.
   • Maintain updated service maps and organize community meetings based on principles of transparency and inclusiveness.

2. Field Assessments:

   • Identify vulnerable communities and potential beneficiaries and inform their families about the available activities.
   • Develop a detailed weekly plan outlining outreach activities and their targets.

3. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Submit weekly reports to the Center/Area Coordinator on field visit results.
   • Collect and organize beneficiary data (registration forms, attendance sheets, progress reports) and share them with the TDH IT Data Manager.
   • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on activity progress and project impact.
   • Support the communications team by collecting human-interest stories, beneficiary interviews, and case studies.

4. Project Monitoring:

   • Prepare monitoring reports on the qualitative and quantitative progress of the project.
   • Attend training sessions on Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tools and processes.

5. Follow-up on Special Cases:

   • Work in coordination with the center/area coordinator to follow up with children with special needs, ensuring compliance with TDH IT guidelines.
   • Monitor internal and external referrals and update data in collaboration with the Social Worker and Coordinator.

6. Coordination with Service Providers:

   • Coordinate with other service providers to ensure regular updates of the service maps in the area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or Social Work.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in outreach or social work.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience working with local communities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to the organization’s policies and procedures.
