كشفت صحيفة “يسرائيل هيوم” الإسرائيلية عن تفاصيل الهجوم الذي استهدف أحد أفراد الوحدة 4400 التابعة لحزب الله في شمال لبنان. وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن منطقة حمص السورية، وتحديدًا غربها، تحتوي على أسلحة لم يتمكن حزب الله من نقلها إلى لبنان بعد انهيار نظام بشار الأسد.
وأكدت الصحيفة أن الإيرانيين وحزب الله لم يتخلوا بعد عن استخدام ممر تهريب الأسلحة الإيرانية عبر سوريا، وأنهم سيحاولون تشغيله مرة أخرى بطريقة جديدة.
تفاصيل الهجوم على الوحدة 4400:
نقلت الصحيفة عن معهد “ألمى” الإسرائيلي المتخصص في أبحاث الجبهة الشمالية، تفاصيل إضافية حول الهجوم الذي وقع في قرية القصر اللبنانية بمنطقة الهرمل يوم الأربعاء الماضي. وأوضحت الصحيفة أن الهجوم أسفر عن مقتل مهران نصر الدين، أحد عناصر الوحدة 4400 التابعة لحزب الله، الذي كان يُعد من الشخصيات الرئيسية في عمليات تهريب الأسلحة الإيرانية إلى لبنان عبر سوريا. نصر الدين كان على اتصال دائم بالمهربين في منطقة الهرمل، وتحديدًا في قرية القصر التي تعد نقطة عبور استراتيجية عبر الحدود اللبنانية السورية.

وأشارت “يسرائيل هيوم” إلى أن ممر تهريب الأسلحة الذي كان يعمل بشكل جيد قبل انهيار النظام السوري، أصبح معطلًا بعد الأحداث التي عصفت بسوريا. ورغم ذلك، تشير التقديرات إلى أن هناك كميات كبيرة من الأسلحة في منطقة حمص وغربها التي لم يتمكن حزب الله من نقلها إلى لبنان قبل انهيار النظام، وأن الحزب يسعى الآن لتشغيل الممر مرة أخرى بطريقة جديدة.
الرد الإسرائيلي على تهديدات حزب الله:
يذكر أن إسرائيل قد نفذت العديد من الغارات الجوية في السنوات الماضية استهدفت مخازن أسلحة يقال إنها لحزب الله في الأراضي السورية، بالإضافة إلى شحنات أسلحة كانت في طريقها إلى لبنان. كما نفذت عمليات اغتيال استهدفت عناصر إيرانيين وعناصر تابعة لحزب الله كانوا يعملون على تسهيل تهريب الأسلحة.
في السياق ذاته، يلاحظ أن الوضع في الجنوب اللبناني حاليًا هادئ بعد وقف إطلاق النار الذي تم التوصل إليه بعد الحرب الإسرائيلية الأخيرة التي كانت تهدف إلى تدمير الترسانة العسكرية لحزب الله، على أن يحل الجيش اللبناني محل الجيش الإسرائيلي في المنطقة.

Israeli newspaper “Yisrael Hayom” revealed details of the attack targeting a member of Hezbollah's Unit 4400, indicating that the region of Homs in Syria, specifically its western areas, still contains weapons that Hezbollah failed to transfer to Lebanon following the collapse of Bashar al-Assad's regime.
The newspaper confirmed that both Iran and Hezbollah have not abandoned the use of the Iranian weapons smuggling corridor through Syria, and they will attempt to reactivate it in a new way.
Details of the Attack on Unit 4400:
According to the Israeli “Alma” Institute, which specializes in research on the northern front, additional details about the attack were revealed. The attack occurred in the village of Qasr in the Hermel region of northern Lebanon last Wednesday, resulting in the death of Mehran Nasr al-Din, a key member of Hezbollah's Unit 4400. Nasr al-Din played a central role in the smuggling of Iranian arms to Lebanon via Syria. He was in constant contact with smugglers in the region, especially in Qasr village, which is a key crossing point on the Lebanese-Syrian border.
Iranian Weapons Smuggling Corridor:
“Yisrael Hayom” also pointed out that the weapons smuggling corridor, which was operational before the collapse of the Syrian regime, is now inactive due to the changes in Syria. However, it is believed that there are still large quantities of weapons in Homs and its surrounding areas that Hezbollah was unable to transfer to Lebanon before the collapse of the regime. The group is now working on reactivating this corridor with a new approach.
Israeli Response to Hezbollah Threats:
