المؤهل التعليمي: ماجستير في أحد المجالات الطبية (تمريض، صيدلة، صحة عامة، أو العمل الاجتماعي مع تركيز في الرعاية الصحية)
الخبرة المطلوبة: بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات
اللغات: العربية (بطلاقة)، الإنجليزية (جيد)، الفرنسية (بدائي)
الموقع: جبل لبنان – حي السلم / لبنان
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إدارة تنفيذ المشروع:
- إدارة وتنفيذ الأنشطة في المركز وفقًا للاتفاقيات، الأهداف، وتنظيمات مؤسسة عامل.
- إدارة الموارد المتاحة بشكل فعال لضمان تحقيق الأهداف بأعلى مستوى من التنسيق والفعالية.
- تنظيم وتقييم أداء الموظفين وضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة بالشكل المطلوب وفقًا للعقود.
- متابعة الحضور والأداء للموظفين، والإبلاغ عن الانتهاكات إن وجدت.
- إجراء الاجتماعات الدورية مع الفريق لضمان التنسيق الجيد بين جميع أنشطة المركز.
تحسين وتطوير خدمات المركز:
- مراقبة تنظيم المركز ونظافته وضمان بيئة عمل مريحة وآمنة.
- الإشراف على رفع جودة الخدمات الصحية في المركز وتطوير الإجراءات المتبعة في تقديم الرعاية الأولية.
- الإشراف على التخطيط وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات العمل بما يتماشى مع متطلبات وزارة الصحة اللبنانية والممولين.
إدارة الشؤون المالية:
- ضمان توثيق الإنفاق والحفاظ على السجلات المالية في المركز.
- إعداد تقارير الميزانية وطلبات الشراء ومراجعة الإنفاق على أساس شهري.
- مراقبة النفقات والميزانية لضمان استخدامها بشكل صحيح وفقًا للمخصصات.
السلامة المهنية:
- التأكد من توفير بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة لجميع القاطنين في المركز (الموظفين، المرضى، الزوار).
- التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية لضمان الالتزام بإجراءات مكافحة العدوى في المركز.
العلاقات العامة والتعاون:
- بناء وتعزيز العلاقات العامة مع المنظمات الخيرية والمنظمات غير الحكومية والهيئات المحلية لضمان تدفق التمويل والمساعدات للمركز.
توفير المستلزمات اللوجستية:
- تأمين احتياجات المركز من المعدات الطبية وغير الطبية، بما في ذلك الأدوية والأدوات المكتبية وأدوات التنظيف وصيانة المعدات.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
- ماجستير في أحد المجالات الطبية أو الاجتماعية المرتبطة بالرعاية الصحية.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في نفس المجال.
- مهارات في القيادة والتواصل الفعال.
- القدرة على إدارة الفريق وحل المشكلات بشكل مبتكر وفعال.
- إلمام كامل بإجراءات المشتريات والموارد الطبية.

Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in Medical Fields (Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, or Social Work with Healthcare Focus)
Experience Required: 3-5 years
Languages: Arabic (Fluent), English (Good), French (Basic)
Location: Mount Lebanon – Hay El Sellom / Lebanon
Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation Management:
- Manage and implement activities in the center according to the project agreement, objectives, and internal policies of Amel.
- Effectively manage available resources to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and ensure tasks are delivered according to contract terms.
- Organize regular team meetings and individual staff check-ins to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Center Service Development:
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the center.
- Enhance primary healthcare services and ensure quality in service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with Ministry of Public Health requirements and project donors.
Financial Management:
- Ensure proper receipts and expenditure documentation.
- Oversee petty cash management and reconcile monthly expenses.
- Prepare and review budget reports and purchase requests regularly.
Occupational Safety:
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
- Follow infection control measures in coordination with relevant authorities.
Public Relations and Partnerships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with charitable organizations and NGOs for funding.
- Represent the center in public forums and contribute to community engagement efforts.
Logistics Management:
- Ensure continuous supply of medicines and medical supplies as per the Ministry of Health’s list.
- Secure necessary logistics for the smooth operation of the center.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Master's degree in Medical or Social Sciences related to healthcare.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in health center management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and solve problems effectively.
- Knowledge of procurement and medical resource management.
