تفاصيل الوظيفة:
يعتبر المدرّس في برنامج دعم الاستبقاء جزءاً من فريق التعليم، وتتمثل مهامه في توفير الدعم الأكاديمي للأطفال والشباب الذين يحتاجون إلى تعزيز في الأداء الأكاديمي. سيقوم المدرس بحضور جميع دورات التدريب والورش الخاصة بتطوير القدرات، والمشاركة في الاجتماعات الأسبوعية للتخطيط والتقارير لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الرعاية والتعليم الجيد.
المسؤوليات:
- حضور جميع جلسات التدريب وتطوير القدرات.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الأسبوعية للتخطيط والتقارير لضمان الالتزام بالمعايير.
- متابعة الحضور والتواصل مع المسؤولين حول الأطفال الذين تم تسريحهم أو في خطر التسريح.
- جمع البيانات المطلوبة من خلال التقييمات.
- إعداد خطط الدروس لجلسات دعم الاستبقاء.
- مساعدة في المهام الإدارية في المركز.
المتطلبات الأساسية:
- شهادة بكاليروس في التخصصات المطلوبة (رياضيات، أدب إنجليزي/فرنسي، بيولوجيا، كيمياء، فيزياء).
- خبرة سابقة في تدريس الصفوف من السابع إلى الثاني عشر.
- القدرة على التعامل مع الأطفال ذوي الأداء الأكاديمي الضعيف.

Job Description:
The Retention Support Teacher is a key member of the education team, responsible for providing academic support to children and youth who need additional academic assistance. The teacher will participate in all training and capacity-building sessions, attend weekly reporting and planning meetings to ensure adherence to care standards, quality education, and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Attend all training and capacity-building sessions.
- Participate in weekly reporting and planning meetings to ensure compliance with standards.
- Track attendance and follow up closely with the center focal point on children who dropped out or are at risk of dropping out.
- Collect data on required assessments.
- Develop lesson plans for retention support sessions.
- Assist the center focal point with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in the required subjects (Mathematics, English/French Literature, Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
- Previous experience teaching grades 7 to 12.
- Ability to work with children showing poor academic performance.
