الوظيفة:
تعلن منظمة Akkarouna عن توفر فرصة عمل للانضمام إلى فريقها التعليمي في وظيفة “مدرس/ة Jardin Teacher” بدوام جزئي لمدة 9 أشهر في منطقة عكار شمال لبنان. يشترط أن يكون المتقدم لديه خبرة سابقة في مجال التعليم، مع إلمام كامل بمبادئ التعليم الأساسي للأطفال. كما يتطلب الدور التفاعل بشكل مستمر مع الأطفال من خلال خطط تعليمية شاملة وفقاً لمنهج “Can’t Wait to Learn Curriculum”.
المهام الرئيسية:
- حضور جميع الدورات التدريبية وجلسات بناء القدرات المتعلقة بمنهج “Can’t Wait to Learn”.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الأسبوعية لتقديم تقارير عن الأداء والتخطيط لضمان الالتزام بمعايير التعليم وجودته.
- متابعة حضور الطلاب والتواصل مع المنسق لضمان عدم تسرب الطلاب من الصفوف.
- الإشارة إلى الحالات المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال وفقاً لسياسات أكارونا.
- جمع بيانات عن مستوى الطلاب والتأكد من تقديم الدعم الشخصي المناسب لكل طفل.
- تصميم خطط دراسية بناءً على احتياجات الطلاب.
- متابعة التقييمات المستمرة لتحديد مستوى الطلاب ومساعدتهم عند الحاجة.
- ضمان بيئة تعليمية آمنة وشاملة تلبي احتياجات وقدرات الطلاب.
- احترام سياسات أكارونا الداخلية، بما في ذلك سياسة حماية الأطفال ومدونة السلوك.
المتطلبات الأساسية:
- درجة بكالوريوس في التربية أو أي مجال ذي صلة مع دبلوم تدريس.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تدريس المواد الأساسية مثل القراءة والكتابة والحساب.
- القدرة على التعامل مع الطلاب ذوي الأداء الأكاديمي المنخفض.
- قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

Job Description:
Akkarouna is seeking to fill two part-time teaching positions for Jardin Teachers to join their team in Akkar, North Lebanon. The role requires a background in basic education, particularly for children, and familiarity with the “Can’t Wait to Learn Curriculum”. Applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience, along with a passion for fostering a positive learning environment for children.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attend all required training and capacity-building sessions related to the “Can’t Wait to Learn” curriculum.
- Participate in weekly reporting and planning meetings to ensure compliance with quality education standards.
- Track student attendance and work closely with the coordinator on at-risk students or those who have dropped out.
- Identify and refer child protection concerns following Akkarouna’s policies.
- Collect data on students’ academic progress.
- Ensure all project data records, including registration and attendance sheets, are submitted on time.
- Design lesson plans based on students' needs.
- Track student progress through ongoing assessments.
- Provide individualized support to students as needed.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment to meet the needs of all students.
- Adhere to Akkarouna’s internal policies, including Child Safeguarding and Code of Conduct.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field with a teaching diploma.
- At least two years of experience in basic literacy and numeracy instruction.
- Ability to work with children struggling academically.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
