• إزالة أية أعلام أو مظاهر حزبية من جميع المباني المدرسية.

كما شدد التعميم على ضرورة أن يلتزم جميع مديري المدارس والثانويات والمعاهد والمدارس المهنية الرسمية في لبنان بتطبيق هذه الإجراءات، وذلك في إطار تعزيز القيم الوطنية والحفاظ على التوازن الوطني في المؤسسات التعليمية.
