بعد محاولة خطف طفلين في حاصبيا: قوى الأمن توقف الفاعلين
أعلنت المديريّة العامّة لقوى الأمن الداخلي ـ شعبة العلاقات العامة، في بلاغ صحافي اليوم الثلاثاء 4 آذار 2025، عن تفاصيل محاولة خطف فاشلة في بلدة الفرديس – حاصبيا، حيث تمكّن طفلان شقيقان من النجاة والاختباء بعد تعرضهما لمحاولة خطف من قبل شخصين مجهولين.
وبحسب المعلومات التي تم تداولها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في 1 آذار 2025، تعرض الطفلان لمحاولة خطف من شخصين كانا على متن سيارة ذات زجاج حاجب للرؤية. إلا أن التحقيقات الأولية بينت أن الطفلين تمكنا من الهروب فورًا والاختباء في مكان آمن بعيدًا عن الخاطفين.
على إثر هذا الحادث، باشر عناصر قوى الأمن الداخلي المختصّين فورًا إجراءاتهم الميدانية والتحقيقية للكشف عن ملابسات الحادثة. وبعد ساعات من الاستقصاءات والتحريات، نجحت شعبة المعلومات في تحديد هوية أحد المشتبه بهم وهو م. ش. (مواليد 1995، لبناني).
وفي 2 آذار 2025، تمكنت إحدى دوريات شعبة المعلومات من توقيف المشتبه به في بلدة الهبّارية وهو على متن سيارة من نوع هيونداي لون أسود. كما تم ضبط السيارة مع المشتبه به.
خلال التحقيق، أفاد المشتبه به أن الحادث لم يكن محاولة لخطف الطفلين، بل كان قد توقف بالقرب منهما بالصدفة بعد مشادة كلامية مع شخص آخر يدعى ع. د. ح. (مواليد 1982، سوري)، والذي تم توقيفه أيضًا في حاصبيا في اليوم ذاته.
تم إجراء المقتضى القانوني بحق الموقوفين، حيث تم تسليمهما مع السيارة إلى القطعة المعنية بناءً لإشارة القضاء المختص.
تأتي هذه الحادثة في وقت حساس حيث تزايدت المخاوف في بعض المناطق من ظاهرة خطف الأطفال، مما دفع قوى الأمن الداخلي إلى تعزيز جهودها في مكافحة هذه الظاهرة وفرض الأمن في المناطق المعرضة لمثل هذه الحوادث. وتُعد هذه الحادثة تذكيرًا بضرورة اليقظة المجتمعية والتعاون بين الجميع لمكافحة الجرائم التي تهدد سلامة الأطفال والمجتمع بشكل عام.
After Kidnapping Attempt in Hasbaya: Internal Security Forces Arrest the Perpetrators
The Internal Security Forces (ISF) – Public Relations Division, issued a press statement on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, revealing the details of a failed kidnapping attempt in the village of Fardis – Hasbaya, where two siblings managed to escape and hide after an attempted kidnapping by two unknown individuals.
According to the information circulated on social media on March 1, 2025, the two children were targeted for kidnapping by two men in a vehicle with tinted windows. The preliminary investigations showed that the children quickly escaped and hid in a safe place away from the kidnappers.
In response to the incident, the Internal Security Forces immediately initiated field and investigative measures to uncover the circumstances surrounding the case. After hours of research and investigation, Information Branch successfully identified one of the suspects, M. Sh. (born in 1995, Lebanese).
On March 2, 2025, one of the Information Branch patrols arrested the suspect in Hibariyeh village, while he was driving a black Hyundai vehicle. The vehicle, along with the suspect, was seized.
During the investigation, the suspect claimed that the incident was not an attempted kidnapping but that he had stopped near the children by accident following a verbal altercation with another individual, A. D. H. (born in 1982, Syrian), who was also arrested in Hasbaya on the same day.
The legal procedures were carried out for the arrested individuals, and they, along with the vehicle, were handed over to the relevant authorities upon the order of the competent judiciary.
This incident comes at a sensitive time in Lebanon, where there has been an increase in concerns over child kidnappings, prompting the Internal Security Forces to strengthen efforts to combat this phenomenon and ensure security in areas vulnerable to such events.
