وصف الوظيفة:
تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى مراقبة الأنشطة ضمن مشروع برنامج الأغذية العالمي في منطقة عكار. سيكون المشرف الميداني مسؤولًا عن إدارة الأنشطة في الموقع، سجلات الحضور للمستفيدين، متابعة أعمال المقاولين، والعديد من المهام الأخرى. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيلعب المشرف الميداني دورًا حيويًا في الأعمال المكتبية والمتابعة مع الأطراف المعنية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء مكالمات تمهيدية: لجمع البيانات الأولية حول المستفيدين.
- إجراء جلسات توعوية للمستفيدين: لشرح أهداف المشروع والأنشطة المعتمدة والقوانين.
- تسجيل المستفيدين: الذين يرغبون في المشاركة في المشروع.
- إعداد قائمة المستفيدين اليومية: وفقًا لمعايير منظمة World Vision والمانحين.
- التأكد من تنفيذ معايير الأمان في المواقع: وفقًا لإرشادات مدير المشروع وقسم الأمان.
- ضمان حضور المستفيدين في الموقع المحدد: ومطابقة الهوية.
- جمع الحضور اليومي: للمستفيدين السوريين واللبنانيين العاملين في المشروع.
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية: وفقًا للخطة التشغيلية التفصيلية.
- التنسيق اليومي مع المهندس: للتأكد من أن المستفيدين يقومون بالمهام الموكلة إليهم وفقًا للمعايير المحددة.
- ضمان سلامة وتخزين المواد والموارد: الخاصة بالمشروع.
- التنسيق مع مدير المشروع وضابط المشروع: بشأن تقدم الأعمال في كل منطقة من مناطق النشاط.
- القدرة على معالجة استفسارات المستفيدين: وتقديم المعلومات المناسبة.
المهام الأخرى:
- مسؤولية الأمان الشخصي: والمساهمة الفعالة في ثقافة الأمان الإيجابية.
- الالتزام بسياسات الأمان والإجراءات: وإبلاغ المدير المباشر أو مدير الأمان عن أي حوادث أو خروقات.
- المشاركة في فعاليات بناء القدرات: المحلية والدولية حسب الحاجة.
- المشاركة في الفعاليات الروحية: وغيرها من الفعاليات التنظيمية.
- أداء مهام أخرى: كما يحددها المدير المباشر.
المتطلبات الأدنى:
- التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس في (العمل الاجتماعي، السياق الإنساني) أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة جيدة بمنطقة الشمال في لبنان.
- القدرة على إدخال البيانات وتسجيلها: سواء بشكل كتابي أو إلكتروني.
- فهم أساسي للتكنولوجيا: مثل الأجهزة اللوحية.
- الخبرة: سنتان على الأقل في المنظمات غير الحكومية (الأنشطة الإنشائية، التوزيعات النقدية، الإشراف على المواقع، توزيع CRI).
- رخصة قيادة سارية: لأكثر من سنة.
- القدرة على احترام ثقافات وتقاليد المستفيدين.
- القدرة على الاستماع والرد على استفسارات المستفيدين.
- القدرة على جمع المعلومات بشكل موضوعي وحساس.
- القدرة على السفر عبر البلاد: للتدريب، التقييم، والرصد الدوري.

Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to monitor activities under the WFP project in the Akkar area. The site supervisor will be responsible for managing site activities, beneficiaries' attendance sheets, overseeing contractors' work, and many other tasks. The site supervisor will also play a crucial role in office work and follow-up with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Pre-screening Phone Calls: To gather primary data about beneficiaries.
- Conduct Informative Sessions for Beneficiaries: To explain project goals, activities, and regulations.
- Register Beneficiaries Interested in the Project.
- Prepare Daily Beneficiary Lists: According to WVL and donor standards.
- Ensure Site Setup Adheres to Security Standards: As outlined by the Project Manager and Security Department.
- Ensure Beneficiary Presence at the Designated Site: And verify beneficiary identity.
- Collect Daily Attendance: Of Syrian and Lebanese beneficiaries working on the project.
- Supervise Day-to-Day Operations: According to the detailed operational plan.
- Coordinate with the Engineer Daily: To ensure beneficiaries perform tasks according to standards.
- Ensure Project Materials and Resources Are Well-Maintained and Stored Safely.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Officer: On the progress of work in each activity zone.
- Address Beneficiary Concerns: And provide necessary responses.
Other Duties:
- Ensure Personal Security: And contribute to a positive security culture.
- Abide by Security Policies and Procedures: Report any incidents or breaches to the line manager or security manager.
- Participate in Capacity Building Events: As required.
- Engage in Spiritual Nurture Events and Other Organizational Events.
- Perform Other Related Tasks: As required by the Line Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in (Social Work, Humanitarian Context) or equivalent.
- Good Knowledge of the North Lebanon Area.
- Ability to Enter, Transcribe, and Maintain Data: In written or electronic form.
- Basic Understanding of Technology: Such as tablets.
- At Least 2 Years of NGO Experience: (Construction activities, Cash distributions, Site Supervision, CRIs Distributions).
- Valid Driver’s License: (More than 1 year old).
- Respect for Beneficiaries’ Cultures and Traditions.
- Ability to Respond to Beneficiary Inquiries: Under any circumstances.
- Ability to Gather Information Objectively and Sensitively.
- Willingness to Travel Across the Country: For training, assessment, and regular monitoring.
