أكد مسؤول الإعلام في حركة حماس في لبنان، وليد الكيلاني، في حديثه إلى “ليبانون ديبايت”، أن حركة حماس رحبت بقرارات القمة العربية وما نتج عنها، حيث تمثل أبرز هذه القرارات في رفض التهجير الفلسطيني ومنعه، وهو رسالة قوية موجهة إلى رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو و الإدارة الأميركية، مفادها أن حماس ترفض تمامًا مشروع تهجير الفلسطينيين، وكذلك إعادة إعمار قطاع غزة والمناطق المتضررة، بالإضافة إلى فتح المعابر بشكل دائم وإدخال المساعدات الإنسانية بشكل كافٍ.
رفض القرارات الإسرائيلية والأميركية:
وأشار الكيلاني إلى أن هناك رفضًا من قبل نتنياهو و الإدارة الأميركية لهذه القرارات، وهي المسألة الأساسية التي يجب العمل عليها. وأكد على ضرورة ممارسة الضغط على الطرفين الإسرائيلي والأميركي لتنفيذ اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار و مقررات القمة العربية. كما أشار إلى تجربتهم السابقة في القمة العربية في بيروت عام 2002، التي طرحت حل الدولتين، ورغم مرور كل هذه السنوات، لم يتجاوب الجانب الإسرائيلي مع هذه المطالب.
إعادة إعمار غزة: العقبات الرئيسية:
فيما يخص إعادة إعمار غزة، أوضح الكيلاني أن العقبة الأساسية تكمن في الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الذي يعيق تنفيذ بنود اتفاق 15 كانون الثاني، الذي نصت عليه القمة العربية. وأضاف أن الاحتلال الإسرائيلي هو من يمنع دخول مواد البناء، مما يعيق الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة من بدء عملية إعادة الإعمار. كما أشار إلى أن الاحتلال يقطع المياه عن القطاع، مما يزيد من صعوبة دخول المواد والمعدات اللازمة لإعادة الإعمار.
مرحلة المقاطعة والمحاسبة:
وأكد الكيلاني على أنه من المفترض أن ننتقل من مرحلة الشجب والإدانة إلى مرحلة المقاطعة والمحاسبة والضغط على العدو الإسرائيلي. وأوضح أن القمة العربية صدرت عنها قرارات مهمة، لكن العبرة تكمن في تنفيذ هذه القرارات، حيث سيظهر للجميع من يعرقل هذه القرارات وهو الجانب الإسرائيلي.
تحذيرات من امتداد الخطر الإسرائيلي:
وأشار الكيلاني إلى أن ما يحدث في قطاع غزة و الضفة الغربية لا يؤثر فقط على الفلسطينيين، بل سيطال المنطقة بأسرها. وأكد أن الكيان الإسرائيلي يمثل وحشًا يسعى إلى ابتلاع الضفة الغربية و غزة و سوريا و الأردن، بالإضافة إلى أراضٍ من لبنان و مصر. وأضاف أن الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لا يزال متواجدًا في خمسة نقاط في لبنان، بالإضافة إلى مناطق أخرى احتلها في سوريا، وكذلك في الضفة وغزة. وأكد أن الاحتلال قد يمتد ليشمل الأردن و سيناء وغيرها من المناطق المحيطة.
Warning of a Dangerous Project… “Israeli Threat Expands!”
Walid al-Kilani, the media spokesperson for Hamas in Lebanon, confirmed in an interview with “Lebanon Debate” that Hamas welcomed the decisions of the Arab Summit, with the most significant of these decisions being the rejection of Palestinian displacement and its prevention. This message is directed strongly towards Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the U.S. administration, signaling that Hamas completely rejects the displacement of Palestinians and any attempt to reconstruct Gaza and the affected areas, in addition to permanently opening the borders and allowing sufficient humanitarian aid into the country.
Rejection by Israel and the U.S.:
Al-Kilani pointed out that there is rejection from both Netanyahu and the U.S. administration of these decisions, which is the central issue that needs to be addressed. He stressed the importance of pressuring both Israel and the U.S. to implement the ceasefire agreement and the Arab Summit resolutions. He referenced their previous experience with the 2002 Beirut Arab Summit, which proposed the two-state solution, and despite all these years, the Israeli side has not responded positively to these calls.
Obstacles to Gaza Reconstruction:
Regarding the reconstruction of Gaza, al-Kilani highlighted that the main obstacle lies with Israeli occupation, which obstructs the implementation of the January 15 agreement, as outlined by the Arab Summit. He noted that the Israeli occupation prevents the entry of building materials, thus hindering the Gaza reconstruction process. He also mentioned that the occupation cuts off water supply to the area, complicating the entry of necessary materials and equipment for reconstruction.
Shifting to Boycott and Accountability:
Al-Kilani emphasized that it is essential to move from a stage of condemnation and denunciation to one of boycott, accountability, and pressure on the Israeli enemy. He acknowledged that the Arab Summit issued important resolutions, but the true test lies in the implementation of these resolutions, and this is where Israel’s obstruction will become evident.
Warning of Expanding Israeli Threat:
Al-Kilani warned that what is happening in Gaza and the West Bank is not only impacting the Palestinians but will have a broader impact on the entire region. He stated that the Israeli entity is like a beast aiming to swallow the West Bank, Gaza, Syria, and Jordan, along with lands from Lebanon and Egypt. He added that Israeli occupation is still present in five locations in Lebanon, as well as in other areas it has occupied in Syria, and parts of the West Bank and Gaza. He warned that the occupation could extend to include Jordan, Sinai, and other surrounding regions.
