الرئاسة السورية تصدر قرارًا بتشكيل لجنة للتحقيق في أحداث الساحل
أصدرت الرئاسة السورية، مساء يوم الأحد، قرارًا يقضي بتشكيل لجنة وطنية مستقلة للتحقيق وتقصي الحقائق بشأن “أحداث الساحل السوري” التي وقعت في السادس من شهر مارس لعام 2025. وفي بيان رسمي نشرته على موقعها، أكدت الرئاسة السورية أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار المصلحة الوطنية العليا وحرصًا على تحقيق السلم الأهلي وكشف الحقائق حول ما جرى.
وأكدت الرئاسة أن اللجنة المعنية ستحقق في الأسباب والظروف التي أدت إلى وقوع هذه الأحداث، كما ستعمل على الكشف عن الانتهاكات التي تعرض لها المدنيون، وتحديد المسؤولين عن تلك الانتهاكات. كما سيتعين على اللجنة التحقيق في الاعتداءات على المؤسسات العامة ورجال الأمن والجيش، بما يشمل تحديد الأشخاص المسؤولين عن هذه الأعمال.
وشددت الرئاسة السورية على أهمية تعاون جميع الجهات الحكومية المعنية مع اللجنة، لضمان إنجاز مهماتها بشكل كامل. كما أكدت أن اللجنة لها الحق في الاستعانة بأي من الخبراء أو الأشخاص الذين تراهم مناسبين للمساعدة في أداء مهامها بشكل دقيق وفعال.
كما تم تحديد مدة زمنية لا تتجاوز 30 يومًا لتقديم اللجنة تقريرها النهائي حول ما توصلت إليه من نتائج. وفي سياق آخر، أعلنت الرئاسة السورية أن اللجنة ستتكون من القاضي جمعة الدبيس العنزي، والقاضي خالد عدوان الحلو، والقاضي علي النعسان، والقاضي علاء الدين يوسف، والقاضي هنادي أبو عرب، والعميد عوض أحمد العلي، والمحامي ياسر الفرحان.
تزايد التوتر الأمني في الساحل السوري
وكانت مناطق الساحل السوري، ولا سيما محافظتا اللاذقية وطرطوس، قد شهدت توترًا أمنيًا ملحوظًا في الأيام الأخيرة، حيث نشبت اشتباكات بين قوات نظام الأسد وبعض المجموعات المسلحة، مما أسفر عن مقتل وإصابة عدد من الأشخاص. وبحسب ما أفاد به المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان، فقد وصل عدد القتلى إلى 1018 شخصًا حتى يوم السبت، من بينهم 745 مدنيًا جرى قتلهم بدم بارد في مجازر طائفية.
الوضع الميداني في الساحل السوري
مع تصاعد العنف في المنطقة، أعلنت السلطات السورية عن تعزيز انتشار قوات الأمن في منطقة الساحل غرب البلاد، والعمل على فرض السيطرة في المناطق التي شهدت أعنف المواجهات منذ الإطاحة ببشار الأسد في ديسمبر 2024. وفي السياق ذاته، أشار المرصد السوري إلى انقطاع الكهرباء ومياه الشرب عن العديد من المناطق في ريف اللاذقية، بالإضافة إلى انقطاع خدمات الاتصالات في بعض المناطق الأخرى.

Syrian Presidency Issues Decision Regarding “Coastal Events” Investigation
On Sunday evening, the Syrian Presidency issued a decision to form an independent national commission to investigate the “Coastal Events” that occurred on March 6, 2025. The Presidency emphasized in an official statement that this step aligns with the higher national interests and is committed to achieving civil peace and uncovering the truth behind the events.
The Presidency confirmed that the commission would investigate the causes and circumstances that led to the occurrence of these events. Additionally, it will focus on uncovering the violations against civilians and identifying the individuals responsible for these violations. The commission will also investigate the attacks on public institutions, as well as security forces and the army, with a focus on determining the perpetrators of these acts.
The Presidency stressed the importance of full cooperation from all relevant government entities to ensure the commission’s work is completed effectively. The commission has the authority to seek assistance from experts or individuals deemed suitable to help carry out its mission.
A report detailing the commission’s findings will be submitted within 30 days of the decision’s issuance. The commission will be composed of Judge Jumaa Al-Dubais Al-Anzi, Judge Khaled Adwan Al-Hello, Judge Ali Al-Nassan, Judge Alaa Al-Din Youssef, Judge Hanadi Abu Arab, Major General Awad Ahmed Al-Ali, and Lawyer Yasser Al-Farhan.
Escalating Security Tensions in Coastal Syria
In recent days, the coastal regions of Syria, particularly the governorates of Latakia and Tartus, have witnessed significant security tensions, with clashes erupting between Assad regime forces and opposition factions, resulting in casualties. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the death toll reached 1,018 people by Saturday evening, including 745 civilians who were killed in cold blood during sectarian massacres.
Field Situation in Coastal Syria
With escalating violence in the region, Syrian authorities announced the reinforcement of security forces in the coastal region of western Syria and the establishment of control over areas that had experienced some of the most intense clashes since the overthrow of Bashar Al-Assad in December 2024.
