وصف الوظيفة:

يهدف مسؤول المخازن إلى تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بإدارة المخزون (استلام، تخزين، وإصدار المواد للمشاريع أو الأقسام الأخرى مثل الإمدادات الطبية، الطعام، قطع الغيار، الأدوات، المعدات، أو المواد اللوجستية الأخرى)، وفقًا لتعليمات المدير المباشر ومعايير وبروتوكولات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، لضمان سير العمل بشكل فعال في الأنشطة الإنسانية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. الإشراف على الطلبات والمخزون:

   • الإشراف على الطلبات وشحن المواد لضمان استخدامها بشكل عقلاني وفعال.
   • استلام الطلبات والتسليمات، وتحديد أي اختلافات محتملة مع قوائم الشحن أو غيرها.

2. تخزين وتنظيم المواد:

   • تخزين المواد بشكل يتوافق مع النظام المتبع، وضمان توفرها المستمر.
   • تحديث وإنشاء بطاقات المخزون لجميع الأصناف فور استلام المواد.

3. مراقبة درجة الحرارة:

   • مراقبة درجة حرارة المخزن وضمان تخزين المواد التي تتطلب درجات حرارة منخفضة (Cold Chain) في الظروف المناسبة.
   • الاحتفاظ بمراقبة خاصة للمواد الحساسة مثل تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية وأرقام الدفعات.

4. إعداد الطلبات والشحن:

   • تجهيز الطلبات وإعداد الشحنات في الوقت المحدد، ووضع العلامات على المواد مع رقم الشحن والوجهة ووسيلة النقل.

5. التعدادات الجسدية:

   • إجراء تعداد مادي للمخزون بالتعاون مع المدير المباشر وفقًا للتكرار المحدد.
   • متابعة مستويات المخزون بالنسبة للمستويات الدنيا والتحقق من تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.

6. السلامة والأمن:

   • التحكم في الوصول إلى المخزن وتأكيد أن الأبواب والمخارج مؤمنة.
   • إبلاغ المدير المباشر فورًا بأي مشاكل قد تحدث مثل الأضرار أو السرقة.

المتطلبات:

• التعليم: يفضل التعليم الثانوي ودراسات إدارة المخازن.
• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة المخازن.
• المعرفة: معرفة جيدة بإدارة المخزون والأدوات اللازمة للتعامل مع المواد.
• اللغات: إتقان اللغة العربية بشكل كامل، والإنجليزية على مستوى مبتدئ.

Job Details:

• Position Title: Storekeeper
• Location: Beirut, Lebanon
• Sector: Health
• Contract Type: Full-time Contract
• Contract Duration: 6 months (including 3 months probation period) extendable based on performance
• Salary: Between $1200 and $1500 USD per month
• Educational Qualification: No specific degree required, but secondary education and warehouse management studies are desirable
• Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in warehouse management
• Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic, basic knowledge of English

Job Description:

The Storekeeper will be responsible for carrying out stock management activities (receiving, storing, and issuing materials to projects or other departments, such as medical supplies, food, spare parts, tools, equipment, and other logistics materials) in accordance with the instructions of the line manager and MSF standards and protocols to ensure the smooth functioning of MSF's activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Orders and Stock:

   • Supervise materials orders and dispatch to ensure their rational use.
   • Receive orders and deliveries, identify and report potential discrepancies with shipping manifests.

2. Storing and Organizing Materials:

   • Store materials according to the system in place to ensure continuous availability.
   • Update and/or create stock cards for all stock items immediately after receiving goods.

3. Temperature Monitoring:

   • Monitor the store temperature and ensure Cold Chain items are stored in the appropriate conditions.
   • Maintain special control over sensitive items such as lot numbers, expiry dates, and special storage conditions.

4. Order and Shipment Preparation:

   • Prepare orders in a timely manner before dispatching, and label items with shipping details, including shipping number, destination, and weight.

5. Physical Stock Counts:

   • Perform regular physical stock counts in collaboration with the line manager, following predefined frequencies.
   • Track stock levels and monitor expiry dates.

6. Security and Safety:

   • Control access to the warehouse and ensure all doors and exits are secured.
   • Immediately inform the line manager of any incidents, including damage, loss, or theft.

Requirements:

• Education: Secondary education preferred, with studies related to warehouse management.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a storekeeper in a warehouse.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management and material handling equipment. Knowledge in medical stock management is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic, basic English language skills.
