في خطوة طال انتظارها، أقرّ مجلس الوزراء اليوم الخميس قرارًا يقضي برفع أجر الساعة للأساتذة المتعاقدين إلى 366 ألف ليرة لبنانية، على أن يُطبَّق القرار بمفعول رجعي اعتبارًا من بداية العام الدراسي الحالي. هذه الخطوة لاقت ترحيبًا واسعًا من الأساتذة المتعاقدين الذين عانوا لسنوات طويلة من تدني بدل الساعة.
تفاصيل القرار:
أكد حمزة منصور، منسق حراك المعلمين المتعاقدين، في تصريح لـ “ليبانون ديبايت”، أن إقرار رفع أجر الساعة جاء بعد نضال طويل استمر لأكثر من عام ونصف، حيث وضع الحراك هذا المطلب في صدارة أولوياته، ولم يدخر جهدًا لتحقيقه.
وأشار منصور إلى أن الحراك تابَع الملف عن كثب مع وزيرة التربية والتعليم العالي ريما كرامي، التي أبدت منذ البداية اهتمامًا كبيرًا بمطلب رفع أجر الساعة وطرحته أثناء لقائها مع رئيس الحكومة. كما أضاف منصور أن موقف رئيس الحكومة كان إيجابيًا، حيث أبلغتهم الوزيرة في جلسة الأسبوع الماضي بأن الرئيس وافق على إدراج هذا المطلب في جدول أعمال مجلس الوزراء، تحت البند رقم 8 المُعنون بـ “إعطاء تعويض مؤقت لجميع العاملين في الوزارة”.
جهود الحراك والتواصل مع المسؤولين:
كشف منصور عن الجهود التي بذلها الحراك لضمان إقرار القرار، حيث تواصل، يوم الثلاثاء الماضي، مع النائب أشرف بيضون، عضو لجنة التربية، الذي قام بدوره بشرح أهمية تمرير القرار خلال جلسة اليوم. وقال منصور: “طلبنا منه التدخل لدى وزير المال ياسين جابر لإزالة أي عقبات قد تعترض إقراره، وبالفعل تواصل النائب بيضون مباشرة مع أمانة مجلس الوزراء ومع الوزير جابر، الذي أكد له أن الأمور تسير في الاتجاه الصحيح، قائلاً: ‘ما بيكون الخميس إلا خير'.”

In a long-awaited move, the Council of Ministers approved a decision on Thursday to raise the hourly wage for contract teachers to 366,000 Lebanese pounds, with the decision to take effect retroactively from the beginning of the current academic year. Hamza Mansour, the coordinator of the Contract Teachers’ Movement, stated in an interview with “Lebanon Debate” that the approval of the wage increase was the result of a long struggle that lasted for more than a year and a half. The movement placed this demand at the top of its priorities and spared no effort in achieving it.
Mansour pointed out that the movement closely followed the issue with Minister of Education and Higher Education, Rima Karamé, who has shown great interest in the demand to raise the hourly wage and raised it during her meeting with the Prime Minister. MP Beydoun immediately contacted the Cabinet Secretariat and Minister Jaber, who assured him that things were moving in the right direction, saying, ‘Thursday will bring good.'”
