تصريح لافت من رئيس الحكومة نواف سلام: شعار “جيش شعب مقاومة” أصبح من الماضي!
أكد رئيس الحكومة اللبناني نواف سلام أنه تم تشكيل حكومته بعيدًا عن أي تمثيل حزبي مباشر، مشددًا على أن الحكومة ستكون على مسافة واحدة من جميع الأطراف السياسية في لبنان. وأوضح سلام أن حكومته ستكون حكومة كفاءة بحتة، بعيدًا عن المحاصصة التقليدية التي لطالما سادت في الحكومات السابقة.
وفي حديث له مع “العربية”، أضاف رئيس الحكومة أنه الكفاءة كانت المعيار الوحيد الذي اعتمده في اختيار الوزراء، مشيرًا إلى أنه لم يساوم على هذا المعيار أثناء عملية تشكيل الحكومة، بل حرص على أن تكون التعيينات وفقًا لأعلى معايير الخبرة والكفاءة لضمان تقديم أفضل أداء للحكومة في ظل التحديات التي يواجهها لبنان في هذه المرحلة الدقيقة.
حصر السلاح بيد الدولة
وبخصوص البيان الوزاري، شدد سلام على أن البيان يتضمن بندًا صريحًا وواضحًا يتعلق بـ حصر السلاح بيد الدولة، وهو أمر يعد من الثوابت الأساسية لحكومته. وأكد أن جميع الوزراء ملتزمون بهذا المبدأ، وأنه لا أحد في الحكومة يعمل في اتجاه معاكس لهذا التوجه، الذي يعتبر خطوة أساسية نحو استعادة الدولة لسيادتها الكاملة.
وقال نواف سلام: “إن حصر السلاح بيد الدولة هو أمر لا يمكن التفاوض عليه، فهو أساس استقرار الدولة ومؤسساتها، ولا يمكن لأي طرف سياسي أن يحيد عنه”. كما أضاف أن الحكومة ستعمل على تعزيز قدرة الدولة على ممارسة سيادتها بشكل كامل، والقيام بالإصلاحات الضرورية التي يطالب بها الشعب اللبناني.
إصلاحات الحكومة في ظل الأزمة الاقتصادية
في خضم الأزمة الاقتصادية والمالية الخانقة التي يعاني منها لبنان، والتي تتطلب تدابير جذرية وإصلاحات شاملة، أكد سلام أن الحكومة ملتزمة بإجراء الإصلاحات التي تلبّي تطلعات اللبنانيين، وتعيد لبنان إلى السكة الصحيحة على جميع الأصعدة.
الشعار الذي أصبح من الماضي
وفي تصريح جديد له، أكد رئيس الحكومة نواف سلام أن الشعار الذي كان يروج له بعض الأطراف السياسية في لبنان تحت مسمى “شعب جيش مقاومة” قد أصبح من الماضي. ولفت إلى أن هذا الشعار لا يعكس الواقع الحالي للبنان، مشيرًا إلى أن لبنان بحاجة إلى مرحلة جديدة تتمحور حول سيادة الدولة و إعادة ترسيخ سلطتها على كامل الأراضي اللبنانية.
وأضاف سلام، خلال حديثه، أن حكومته تتبنى مواقف واضحة في ما يتعلق بحصرية قرار الحرب والسلم بيد الدولة اللبنانية فقط. وأوضح أن البيان الوزاري لحكومته يشدد على ضرورة حصر هذا القرار بيد المؤسسات الشرعية وحدها، بما في ذلك مجلس الوزراء باعتباره الممثل الشرعي لجميع اللبنانيين. واعتبر أن “حصر القرار العسكري والأمني في الدولة هو أحد الركائز الأساسية لإعادة بناء مؤسسات الدولة وتعزيز سيادتها، والجهات الدولية تؤكد أن الجيش يقوم بدور جيد في الجنوب“.

Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati confirmed that his government was formed independently of direct partisan representation, emphasizing that it would be impartial and equally distanced from all political parties in Lebanon. In an interview with “Al Arabiya”, Mikati added that competence was the only criterion he used when selecting ministers, noting that he did not compromise on this standard during the government formation process. He made sure that all appointments adhered to the highest standards of experience and competence, to ensure the best performance of the government given the challenges Lebanon is facing in this critical phase.
Monopolizing Weaponry Under State Control
Regarding the ministerial statement, Mikati stressed that the statement includes a clear clause regarding the monopolization of weapons under state control, which is one of the fundamental principles of his government. He affirmed that all ministers are committed to this principle and that no one in the government operates in a direction that contradicts this approach, which is seen as a crucial step toward restoring the state’s full sovereignty.
Prime Minister Mikati said, “The monopolization of weapons under state control is non-negotiable; it is fundamental to the stability of the state and its institutions, and no political party can deviate from it.” He added that the government would work on strengthening the state’s ability to fully exercise its sovereignty and implement the necessary reforms that the Lebanese people demand.
Reform Commitment Amid Economic Crisis
Amid the severe economic and financial crisis that Lebanon is experiencing, which requires radical measures and comprehensive reforms, Mikati affirmed that the government is committed to implementing the reforms that meet Lebanese aspirations and put Lebanon back on the right track across all sectors.
The “Army, People, Resistance” Slogan is Now in the Past
In a new statement, Prime Minister Najib Mikati confirmed that the slogan promoted by some political factions in Lebanon under the name “Army, People, Resistance” has now become a thing of the past. He pointed out that this slogan no longer reflects the current reality of Lebanon, emphasizing that Lebanon needs a new phase focused on state sovereignty and restoring its authority over all Lebanese territories.
Mikati added that his government adopts clear positions regarding the exclusive control of decisions related to war and peace by the Lebanese state only. He explained that the ministerial statement of his government stresses the need to restrict these decisions to legal institutions, including the Council of Ministers, as the legitimate representative of all Lebanese citizens. Mikati considered that monopolizing military and security decisions within the state is one of the core pillars for rebuilding state institutions and strengthening sovereignty, with international actors confirming that the Lebanese Army plays a good role in the south.
