وصف الوظيفة:

تبحث منظمة Mouvement Social عن مدير/ة حالة للانضمام إلى فريق عملها في بعلبك. سيُناط بالمدير/ة مسؤولية تقديم استراتيجيات وخطط عمل واضحة لإدارة الحالات، بما يتماشى مع الإجراءات الداخلية والإجراءات الوطنية الخاصة بالعمل الاجتماعي. سيشرف المدير/ة على تقييم الحالات المستمرة والمتابعة المنتظمة، وضمان تقديم الدعم الاجتماعي والطبي بشكل مستمر للمستفيدين من خدمات المنظمة.

المهام الرئيسية:

ضمان تنفيذ استراتيجيات التدخل وخطط العمل الخاصة بإدارة الحالات وفقًا للإجراءات الوطنية.
متابعة وتقييم الحالات المستمرة من خلال مقابلات وإغلاق الحالات.
ضمان تحديث جميع النماذج والوثائق بشكل دقيق والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات.
تخطيط التدخلات اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية المتعلقة بالحالات المستمرة.
تنظيم زيارات منزلية/مؤسساتية وتحديث الوثائق ذات الصلة.
ضمان توفير الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والعلاج المناسب للمستفيدين.
توفير إرشادات للأسر وتنظيم الوساطة الأسرية عند الحاجة.
التنسيق الفعّال مع أعضاء فريق المنظمة لضمان تقديم أفضل الخدمات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

درجة بكاليروس في العمل الاجتماعي أو العمل الاجتماعي الطبي.
خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في إدارة الحالات.
معرفة جيدة بالمؤسسات اللبنانية والسياسات الخاصة بوزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية، ووزارة العدل، ووزارة التربية والتعليم العالي.
إلمام جيد بإجراءات إدارة الحالات وإجراءات حماية الطفل والعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
مهارات قوية في إدارة الوقت وإدارة الضغوط.
إلمام جيد بالأدوات الكتابية باللغات العربية والإنجليزية والفرنسية.

Job Description:

Mouvement Social is seeking a Case Manager to join their team in Baalbek. The Case Manager will be responsible for providing clear case management intervention strategies and action plans, in line with national procedures and standards. The role includes evaluating ongoing cases, providing follow-up and closure interviews, and ensuring that all necessary documents are updated and securely stored. The Case Manager will work closely with both the program team and partners to ensure the effective implementation of case management services.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement case management strategies and action plans according to national standards.
Ensure ongoing cases are regularly evaluated, followed-up, and properly closed.
Ensure all relevant forms and documents are updated, maintaining confidentiality.
Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly interventions related to ongoing cases.
Coordinate home and institutional visits and ensure all related documents are updated.
Facilitate psychosocial interventions, both individually and in groups.
Provide parental guidance and family mediation as necessary.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective case management.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Medical Social Work.
2-3 years of experience in Case Management.
Good knowledge of Lebanese institutions and policies, particularly those of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of Justice, and Ministry of Education.
Familiarity with Case Management procedures, Child Protection, and Gender-Based Violence standards.
Strong time and stress management skills.
Good written communication skills in Arabic, English, and French.
