أصدرت هيئة ممثلي الأسرى والمحررين بيانًا رسميًا اليوم السبت، دعت فيه إلى حملة قانونية ضد الأشخاص الذين دعموا العدو الصهيوني خلال الفترة الماضية. ووجهت الهيئة عبر البيان رسالة تعزية للأمة المقاومة بشهدائها الذين ضحوا بأرواحهم على أرض فلسطين ولبنان واليمن، مؤكدة على تمسكها بحقوق الأسرى ورفضها للتطبيع والعمالة.

في بيانها، أعربت هيئة ممثلي الأسرى والمحررين عن عميق تعازيها لشهداء المقاومة الذين قدموا حياتهم في سبيل الدفاع عن وطنهم ضد العدو الصهيوني، وأكدت الهيئة أن هؤلاء الشهداء هم الذين يعلمون الأجيال القادمة معنى الكرامة الوطنية والرفض التام لجميع أشكال التطبيع مع العدو.

وشددت الهيئة على أن التحذيرات التي أطلقتها سابقًا بشأن خطورة التهاون في ملف العملاء قد أصبحت حقيقة، حيث تحولت بعض الأوساط إلى منصات علنية تحرض على الفتنة ضد أبناء الوطن المقاوم. وقد تزايدت الدعوات بشكل صريح للتحريض على قتل اللبنانيين المقاومين للعدو الصهيوني، مما يشكل تهديدًا حقيقيًا للأمن القومي اللبناني.

وفي هذا السياق، تقدمت الهيئة عبر المحامي غسان المولى بإخبار قانوني ضد مجموعة من الأفراد الذين دعموا العدو الصهيوني أو حرضوا على اغتيال المقاومين اللبنانيين. والأسماء التي شملها الإخبار هي: جرجس فخري، المدعوة جيسي على تطبيق اكس، جوزيان نهرا، عماد غطاس، جريس فخري، سيمون ليون، ماتركس أو غلوم، داليا غريب، هلال الهلال. بالإضافة إلى أي شخص يظهره التحقيق كمتورط في هذا التحريض أو أي أعمال تجسسية أخرى ضد الوطن.

كما أوضح المحامي المولى أن الهيئة ستتابع محاربة العملاء الذين دعموا العدو الصهيوني في حربه ضد لبنان، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه التحركات تأتي في إطار مسؤولية الهيئة في حماية الوطن وضمان أمان الشعب اللبناني.

إن هيئة ممثلي الأسرى والمحررين تواصل العمل على إيقاف أي محاولات للتطبيع أو التعاون مع العدو الصهيوني، وتصر على محاكمة كل من يحاول تهديد الأمن اللبناني. وبالرغم من الظروف الصعبة التي تمر بها البلاد، فإن الهيئة تظل ملتزمة بمسؤولياتها تجاه حماية حقوق المقاومين والوقوف في وجه أي محاولات للتواطؤ مع العدو.

Today, the Prisoners' and Freed Prisoners' Committee released an official statement calling for a legal campaign against individuals who have supported the Israeli enemy in recent times. In the statement, the committee extended its deepest condolences to the resistance nations, honoring the martyrs who sacrificed their lives on the lands of Palestine, Lebanon, and Yemen, and reaffirming its commitment to the rights of prisoners and its rejection of normalization and collaboration.

In its statement, the Prisoners' and Freed Prisoners' Committee expressed heartfelt condolences to the martyrs of the resistance who gave their lives defending their homeland against the Israeli enemy. The committee emphasized that these martyrs are the true teachers of national dignity and have shown future generations the importance of standing up to all forms of normalization with the enemy.

The committee also underscored that its previous warnings about the dangers of neglecting the issue of collaborators have become a reality. Some sectors have turned into open platforms inciting division and violence against the nation’s defenders. In response, the committee, through attorney Ghassan Al-Moualla, filed a legal complaint against several individuals who have supported the Israeli enemy or incited the murder of Lebanese resistance fighters. Those named in the legal complaint include: Georges Fakhry, the user “Jesse” on X (formerly Twitter), Josiane Nahra, Imad Ghatass, Grace Fakhry, Simon Lyon, Matrix O’Gloum, Dalia Gharib, and Hilal Hilal. The complaint also includes anyone implicated in these activities through the investigation process, including those involved in espionage or other forms of collaboration.

Attorney Ghassan Al-Moualla emphasized that the committee will continue to fight collaborators who supported the Israeli enemy during its war on Lebanon, stressing that these efforts are part of their responsibility to protect the country and ensure the safety of the Lebanese people.

The Prisoners' and Freed Prisoners' Committee continues to work to stop any attempts at normalization or collaboration with the Israeli enemy, insisting on prosecuting anyone who threatens Lebanese security.
