في إطار الجهود المستمرة التي تقوم بها قوى الأمن الداخلي لمكافحة تجارة المخدرات في لبنان، تمكنت شعبة المعلومات من إلقاء القبض على مروّج مخدرات في الضاحية الجنوبية بعد عملية مراقبة دقيقة. الضبط شمل كميات ضخمة من المخدرات، مما يعكس التزام الأجهزة الأمنية بمكافحة هذه الآفة التي تهدد المجتمع اللبناني.

أصدر المدير العام لقوى الأمن الداخلي، بيانًا رسميًا أعلن فيه عن نجاح شعبة المعلومات في ضبط مروّج مخدرات في الضاحية الجنوبية. حيث توفرت معلومات دقيقة للشعبة حول نشاط شخص يقوم بتجارة وتوزيع المخدرات في المنطقة.

وبعد مراقبة وتحقيقات استمرت لفترة طويلة، تمكنت قوى الأمن من تحديد هوية المشتبه به، والذي يُدعى “ع. ر” (مواليد 2006، لبناني) وله سجل جنائي سابق يشمل جرائم السرقة وتجارة المخدرات. وفي تاريخ 17 مارس 2025، وبعد رصد دقيق، تمكنت إحدى الدوريات التابعة لشعبة المعلومات من توقيفه بالجرم المشهود، أثناء قيامه بتوزيع المخدرات في منطقة المريجة، على متن دراجة نارية من دون لوحات تسجيل.

وتم ضبط كميات كبيرة من المخدرات بحوزته، شملت:

• 55 كيسًا تحتوي على مادة حشيشة الكيف، بوزن إجمالي يصل إلى 1858.5 غرام.

• 15 كيسًا من مادة الماريجوانا بوزن 10 غرامات.

• 297.5 غرام من مادة الباز، مقسمة في كبسولات بلاستيكية.

• 45.2 غرام من مادة الكوكايين داخل كبسولات بلاستيكية.

• سكين، دفتر لورق لف السجائر، مبلغ مالي وهاتف خلوي.

أثناء التحقيق معه، اعترف المتهم بتوزيعه المخدرات وترويجها لصالح تاجر مخدرات في المنطقة مقابل مبلغ 10 ملايين ليرة لبنانية يوميًا. كما أقر باستخدام الدراجة النارية لتنفيذ عمليات الترويج.

وفي النهاية، تم إيداعه مع المضبوطات في القطعة المعنية، لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بناءً على توجيه القضاء المختص.

تستمر قوى الأمن الداخلي في عملها الجاد لملاحقة المروجين والمتورطين في تجارة المخدرات في مختلف المناطق اللبنانية. هذا النجاح يأتي في إطار جهود مستمرة لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة التي تضرّ بالأمن المجتمعي والاقتصادي. ومع كل عملية ضبط، تزداد أمل اللبنانيين في القضاء على هذه الآفة.

“Drug Dealer Arrested in Southern Suburb: Lebanese Security Forces Seize Large Quantities of Narcotics

In the ongoing efforts of Lebanon’s Internal Security Forces (ISF) to combat drug trafficking, the Information Branch successfully apprehended a drug dealer in the southern suburbs after an intensive surveillance operation. The bust revealed large quantities of narcotics, highlighting the security forces' commitment to tackling this societal menace.

The Lebanese Internal Security Forces' Public Relations Division issued an official statement announcing the arrest of a drug dealer in the southern suburbs. The Information Branch had received reliable intelligence regarding the activities of a person involved in the trafficking and distribution of narcotics in the area.

Following thorough surveillance and investigation, the ISF was able to identify the suspect, named “A. R.” (born in 2006, Lebanese), who has a criminal record for theft and drug-related crimes. On March 17, 2025, after precise monitoring, an ISF patrol arrested him in the act of distributing narcotics in the Al-Mariyja area while riding a motorcycle without a registration plate.

The following items were seized during the arrest:

• 55 bags containing hashish, with a total weight of 1858.5 grams.

• 15 bags of marijuana, weighing 10 grams each.

• 297.5 grams of base material, divided into plastic capsules.

• 45.2 grams of cocaine in plastic capsules.

• A knife, a cigarette rolling paper book, cash, and a mobile phone.

During questioning, the suspect admitted to distributing and promoting narcotics for a drug dealer in the region, in exchange for 10 million Lebanese pounds daily. He also confessed to using the motorcycle to carry out his distribution activities.

Finally, he was handed over along with the seized items for further legal action in accordance with the instructions of the competent judiciary.

The Lebanese Internal Security Forces continue their tireless efforts to track down drug dealers and those involved in drug trafficking across Lebanon. This successful operation is part of a broader commitment to eliminating the drug threat that damages both societal and economic security in Lebanon.
