“خطة أورتاغوس تتجاوز نزع السلاح”: نوفل ضو يكشف ما يخبئه الموفد الأميركي للبنان

أكد نوفل ضو، المدير التنفيذي لمجلس أمناء “رؤية العروبة”، في منشور عبر منصته على “اكس” اليوم الأحد، أن هناك خطأ شائعًا بين من يعتقدون أن الموفدة الأميركية مورغان أورتاغوس تحمل معها خطة لنزع سلاح حزب الله فقط. وأوضح ضو أن هذا الفهم لا يعكس الموقف الأميركي الحقيقي من الوضع في لبنان والمنطقة.

وأشار ضو إلى أن ما تطلبه أورتاغوس يتجاوز مسألة نزع السلاح، حيث قالت: “ما تحمله أورتاغوس هو خطة لحل الحزب بشكل كامل، وليس فقط من خلال سحب سلاحه”. وأضاف أن المطلوب من أميركا ليس فقط نزع سلاح حزب الله، بل إزالة الهيكلية التنظيمية للحزب في جميع جوانب عمله العسكرية، الأمنية، الاقتصادية والمالية. وفقًا لضو، أصبح موضوع تسليم السلاح جزءًا ثانويًا مقارنة بالهدف الأكبر، وهو تغيير بنية الحزب بشكل شامل.

وتابع ضو موضحًا أن هذا المطلب الأميركي يأتي في وقت حساس للغاية، حيث تواصل الولايات المتحدة ممارسة ضغوط متزايدة على لبنان والمنطقة لضمان الاستقرار السياسي والأمني. وأضاف أن محاولات تغيير حزب الله من الداخل تتزايد، لا سيما مع التركيز على دوره في المنطقة.

وكانت الموفدة الأميركية مورغان أورتاغوس قد أكدت في وقت سابق أهمية تطبيق القرارات الدولية المتعلقة بحزب الله، مشيرة إلى أن استمرار الحزب في امتلاك سلاحه يشكل عائقًا كبيرًا أمام استقرار لبنان وسلامة مؤسساته.

“Ortagus' Plan Goes Beyond Disarmament”: Nofal Dho Reveals the U.S. Envoy’s Real Agenda for Lebanon

In a post shared on his platform “X” this Sunday, Nofal Dho, Executive Director of the “Arab Vision” Board of Trustees, clarified a common misconception about U.S. envoy Morgan Ortagus’ mission. Dho emphasized that those who believe Ortagus is bringing a plan solely aimed at disarming Hezbollah are misunderstanding the actual U.S. position on Lebanon and the region.

Dho explained that what Ortagus is asking for goes far beyond the issue of disarming Hezbollah. He stated: “What Ortagus is carrying with her is a plan for dismantling the party entirely, not just withdrawing its weapons.” He pointed out that the U.S. demand is not only to disarm Hezbollah but to dismantle its entire organizational structure, including all its military, security, economic, and financial aspects. According to Dho, the issue of weapons has become a secondary detail compared to the broader objective of completely changing the party’s structure.

Dho added that this U.S. request comes at a very sensitive time, as the United States continues to apply increasing pressure on Lebanon and the region to ensure political and security stability. He noted that there is a growing focus on Hezbollah’s role in the region and efforts to influence it from within.

Previously, U.S. envoy Morgan Ortagus emphasized the importance of implementing international resolutions concerning Hezbollah, noting that the party’s continued possession of weapons is a major barrier to Lebanon’s stability and the safety of its institutions.
