عن منظمة نبع – Developmental Action without Borders (Naba'a):
منظمة نبع هي منظمة غير حكومية لبنانية تعمل منذ عام 2001. مسجلة لدى وزارة الداخلية (رقم 104/AD)، وتكرس جهودها لخدمة جميع المجتمعات المهمشة في لبنان، بما في ذلك الأطفال، دون تمييز من حيث الجنسية أو اللون أو العرق أو الدين. تشمل خدماتها المجتمعات في المخيمات والتجمعات في لبنان بالإضافة إلى المجتمعات المحلية اللبنانية.

الوظيفة: مساعد في الحماية

المهام والمسؤوليات:

1. الزيارات الميدانية والتقييمات:

   • العمل عن كثب مع مسؤول الحماية لإجراء تقييمات المخاطر والحماية، بالإضافة إلى تقييم أثر الحماية واستخدام قنوات الشكاوى في مراكز نبع.

2. التوعية والدعوة:

   • المشاركة في جهود الدعوة وحملات التوعية المتعلقة بالحماية.

3. التوعية والتدريب:

   • رفع وعي الموظفين والمتطوعين والمجتمع من خلال توفير تدريبات لبناء القدرات والإرشادات حول الحماية وسياسات نبع مثل PSEAH، الحماية من الاستغلال والاعتداء الجنسي، حماية الأطفال، وآلية الشكاوى.

4. البرامج والاستجابة للطوارئ:

   • تطوير وتنفيذ تدابير الحماية خلال الحالات الطارئة.

   • ضمان دمج الحماية في جميع البرامج المنفذة في الميدان من خلال تطوير الخطط وتدريب الموظفين.

5. تطوير الخطط ومراجعة السياسات:

   • العمل مع مسؤول الحماية لتطوير خطط حماية لمراكز نبع ومراجعة السياسات لضمان الامتثال لسياسات الحماية الخاصة بمنظمة نبع.

6. البحث والتقييم:

   • تطوير البيانات المتعلقة بحالة الحماية في جميع مناطق عمل نبع.

   • توثيق انتهاكات الحماية في مناطق عمل نبع.

7. المهام الأخرى:

   • أداء المهام الأخرى المتعلقة بالحماية بناءً على احتياجات المنظمة.

8. الالتزام المؤسسي:

   • إظهار الالتزام بقواعد السلوك وسياسات الحماية الخاصة بمنظمة نبع مثل PSEAH، حماية الأطفال، والحماية العامة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

1. المؤهلات الأكاديمية:

   • درجة بكالوريوس في القانون أو أي مجال ذي صلة مثل حقوق الإنسان أو المجالات المماثلة.

   • درجة الماجستير أو شهادة قانونية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

2. المؤهلات المهنية:

   • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الحماية في بيئات إنسانية.

3. المهارات الشخصية:

   • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل وقدرات حل المشكلات.

   • مهارات تنظيم وتخطيط ممتازة.

   • مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة.

   • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي فريق.

   • قدرة عالية على التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة بسرية.

   • مهارات جمع البيانات، التحليل، والبحث قوية.

4. المهارات التقنية:

   • معرفة قوية بمبادئ حماية الأطفال وأطر حقوق الطفل.

   • إلمام جيد بأدوات Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، Outlook) وأدوات البحث على الإنترنت.

   • مهارات كتابة التقارير وتوثيق المعلومات.

Job Description:

About Nabaa – Developmental Action without Borders:
Nabaa is a Lebanese NGO operational since 2001. Registered under the Ministry of Interior (No. 104/AD), Nabaa is dedicated to serving all marginalized communities in Lebanon, especially children, without distinction of nationality, color, race, or religion. This includes communities within camps and gatherings in Lebanon, as well as local Lebanese communities.

Position: Protection Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Visits and Assessments:

   • Work closely with the protection officer to conduct risk and protection assessments, and assess the impact of protection and complaint channel usage at Nabaa’s centers.

2. Advocacy and Awareness:

   • Participate in advocacy efforts and awareness-raising campaigns related to protection.

3. Awareness and Trainings:

   • Raise awareness of staff, volunteers, and the community by providing capacity-building training on protection and Nabaa’s policies such as PSEAH, child protection, safeguarding, and complaint mechanisms.

4. Programs and Emergency Response:

   • Develop and implement protection measures during emergency situations.

   • Ensure that protection is integrated into all programs through developing plans and training staff in the field.

5. Development of Plans and Policy Review:

   • Work closely with the protection officer to develop protection plans for Nabaa’s centers and review protection policies regularly to ensure compliance with Nabaa’s protection measures.

6. Research and Assessment:

   • Develop data related to protection situations in all Nabaa operating areas.

   • Document protection violations across Nabaa’s operational regions.

7. Other Duties:

   • Perform other protection-related duties as assigned based on organizational needs.

8. Organizational Commitment:

   • Demonstrate commitment to Nabaa’s code of conduct and protection policies such as PSEAH, child protection, and safeguarding.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Academic Qualifications:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Law or any related field such as Human Rights. A Master’s degree or Law degree is an asset.

2. Professional Qualifications:

   • At least two years of professional experience in the protection field in humanitarian settings.

3. Soft Skills:

   • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

   • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

   • Proficient written and verbal communication.

   • Ability to work independently and within a team.

   • High level of discretion in handling sensitive information confidentially.

   • Solid data collection, analysis, and research capabilities.

4. Technical Skills:

   • Strong knowledge of child protection principles and child rights frameworks.

   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet-based research.

   • Strong report writing and documentation skills.
