تعلن منظمة ANERA عن فرص عمل لمساعدين ميدانيين (Field Assistant) للعمل ضمن برنامج التدريب والتوظيف للشباب الذي تنفذه بالشراكة مع منظمة اليونيسف. يهدف هذا البرنامج إلى توفير فرص العمل والتعليم للشباب اللبناني في جنوب لبنان.

• نوع العقد: دوام كامل

• مدة الوظيفة: 11 شهرًا، قابلة للتجديد بناءً على توافر التمويل والأداء

• الراتب: وفقًا لهيكل الرواتب في ANERA، يتراوح بين 800 و 1200 دولار أمريكي

• المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس

• الخبرة المطلوبة: بين سنتين و 3 سنوات

• اللغات المطلوبة: العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة (الفرنسية غير مطلوبة)

المهام والمسؤوليات:

1. متابعة المتطوعين في إدخال البيانات والتأكد من إدخالها بشكل صحيح وسليم وفي الوقت المحدد.

2. متابعة الشركاء المحتملين أثناء عملية تقديم المقترحات وضمان سير التسجيل بشكل سلس، وتنظيم جلسات توجيه مع الشركاء.

3. دعم منسق المشروع (FC) في إجراء جلسات توجيه حول الدورات التدريبية، جلسات التوعية حول حماية الطفل، وإجراء مقابلات فردية مع المتقدمين من الشباب.

4. القيام بزيارات ميدانية لمتابعة الأنشطة (الدورات التدريبية المعتمدة على الكفاءة، دورات محو الأمية الأساسية، الدورات المهنية، العمل مقابل المال، وحزم المهارات الحياتية) وضمان تطابق الأنشطة مع متطلبات البرنامج.

5. حفظ سجلات الزيارات الميدانية باستخدام أدوات مناسبة تم تطويرها لهذه الغاية بالتنسيق مع منسق المشروع ومدير المنطقة.

6. إجراء جلسات تحفيزية مع المستفيدين من الشباب وأسرهم تحت إشراف منسق المشروع.

7. دعم منسق المشروع في إجراء تقييمات المخاطر لمواقع العمل مقابل المال (CFW) والقيام بزيارات ميدانية للمواقع.

8. متابعة بيانات التوظيف وتحديث قاعدة البيانات بناءً على ذلك.

9. تقديم الدعم في العمل المكتبي حسب الحاجة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة بكالوريوس في أي تخصص.

• مهارات قوية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت والتحليل والتواصل.

• خبرة سابقة في متابعة الأنشطة هي ميزة إضافية.

• خبرة سابقة في المنظمات غير الحكومية وبرامج التدريب للشباب هي ميزة إضافية.

Job Opportunities in Lebanon: Field Assistants Needed at ANERA Organization

ANERA is announcing a job opening for Field Assistants as part of the Youth Training and Employment Program, conducted in partnership with UNICEF. The program aims to provide educational and employment opportunities for Lebanese youth in Southern Lebanon.

Job Details:

• Position Title: Field Assistant

• Location: South Lebanon

• Sector: Education

• Application Deadline: Thursday, April 10, 2025

• Contract Type: Full-time

• Job Duration: 11 months, renewable based on the availability of funds and performance

• Salary: As per ANERA's salary scale, between $800 and $1200 per month

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree

• Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

• Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic and English (French is not required)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with data entry volunteers to ensure proper and timely data entry.

2. Follow up with potential partners on the proposal submission process, ensuring smooth registration and organizing orientation sessions with partners.

3. Support the Field Coordinator (FC) in conducting orientation sessions for training courses, PSEA Awareness sessions, and individual interviews with youth candidates.

4. Conduct monitoring visits to all activities (Competency-Based Trainings, Youth Basic Literacy and Numeracy Courses, Youth Functional Skills Courses, Cash For Work (CFW), and Life-skills packages), ensuring all activities are aligned with program requirements.

5. Maintain records of monitoring visits through proper tools developed for this purpose in coordination with the FC and Area Manager.

6. Conduct motivation sessions with youth beneficiaries and their caregivers, under the guidance of the FC.

7. Support the FC in conducting CFW risk assessments and site monitoring visits.

8. Follow up on employment tracking and update the database accordingly.

9. Support office work as needed.

Qualifications:

• A university undergraduate degree is required.

• Strong organization, time-management, analytical, and communication skills.

• Previous experience in activity monitoring is a plus.

• Previous experience in NGOs and Youth Training programs is a plus.
