وزيرة الشؤون الاجتماعية حنين السيّد: قريبًا الإعلان عن خطة عمل تنفيذية لتطوير الخدمات الاجتماعية والتنموية
أكدت وزيرة الشؤون الاجتماعية، حنين السيّد، أن أكبر التحديات التي تواجه لبنان في الوقت الراهن هو فقدان الكثير من المواطنين للثقة في الإدارة العامة ومؤسساتها. وأشارت إلى أن بناء وطن قوي يتطلب تفعيل دور المؤسسات، ولا يمكن للقطاع الاجتماعي والتنموي أن يعمل بشكل منظم وفعّال إلا من خلال التعاون المشترك بين المؤسسات المختلفة، مع التركيز على التشبيك والتنسيق البنّاء.
دور المؤسسات في بناء الثقة والتضامن الاجتماعي
أطلقت الوزيرة السيّد دعوة متجددة لتعزيز الثقة بين المواطنين والحكومة، مؤكدة على أهمية التكاتف الاجتماعي والتضامن بين جميع القطاعات. وأكدت أنه لا يمكن تحقيق التنمية الحقيقية إلا عندما تتعاون المؤسسات الحكومية مع القطاعات الخاصة والمجتمع المدني، لضمان تقديم خدمات اجتماعية فعّالة.
الإعلان عن خطة العمل التنفيذية قريبًا
كما أعلنت الوزيرة أنّ وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية بصدد إعداد “خطة عمل تنفيذية” سيتم الإعلان عنها قريبًا. وأوضحت أن الخطة ترتكز على ركنين أساسيين:
استمرار تقديم الخدمات الاجتماعية: ضمان توفير الخدمات الاجتماعية المتخصصة وزيادتها، خصوصًا للفئات الأكثر ضعفًا وتعرضًا للمخاطر مثل الفقراء، الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، الأطفال، النساء، وغيرهم.
تحقيق التحوّل الاستراتيجي في التنمية: العمل على تطوير الأنظمة الإدارية في الوزارة، وتنفيذ إعادة الهيكلة والمكننة، وتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة لتحسين كفاءة العمل الحكومي.
الاحتفال بتسليم شهادات للمشاركين في دورات التمكين المهني
جاء تصريح الوزيرة خلال رعايتها لحفل أقامته مؤسسة سعيد وسعدى فخري الإنمائية لتسليم شهادات للمشاركين في دورات التمكين المهني لعام 2024. وقد أقيم الحفل في قاعة الاحتفالات التابعة للمؤسسة في بلدة الزرارية. وحضر الحفل العديد من الشخصيات البارزة في المجتمع، بالإضافة إلى ممثلين عن النواب وأعضاء من المجالس البلدية والمخاتير والجمعيات المحلية.
مستقبل التحول الاجتماعي والتنموي في لبنان
تؤكد السيّد أن هذه الخطة هي جزء من رؤية شاملة تهدف إلى تحسين مستوى الخدمات الاجتماعية والتنموية في لبنان، وتعزيز الشفافية والحوكمة في العمل الحكومي، بما يساهم في تطوير المجتمع اللبناني بشكل شامل ومستدام.
Minister of Social Affairs Haneen Al-Sayyed: Soon to Announce an Executive Action Plan for Social and Developmental Services
Lebanese Minister of Social Affairs, Haneen Al-Sayyed, emphasized that one of the greatest challenges Lebanon currently faces is the widespread loss of trust in the public administration and its institutions. She stressed that building a strong nation requires active institutions, and that the social and developmental sectors can only function effectively when all institutions collaborate, with a focus on networking and constructive coordination.
Role of Institutions in Building Trust and Social Solidarity
Minister Al-Sayyed called for renewed efforts to strengthen trust between citizens and the government, emphasizing the importance of solidarity among all sectors. She pointed out that real development cannot be achieved unless government institutions work together with the private sector and civil society to deliver effective social services.
Announcement of the Executive Action Plan Soon
The minister also announced that the Ministry of Social Affairs is in the process of preparing an “Executive Action Plan,” which will be announced soon. She explained that the plan is based on two key pillars:
Continued Social Service Provision: Ensuring that specialized social services continue and are expanded, particularly for the most vulnerable groups such as the poor, people with disabilities, children, women, and others.
Achieving Strategic Transformation in Development: Working to develop administrative systems within the ministry, implementing restructuring and digitalization, and applying principles of good governance to improve governmental efficiency.
Celebrating the Delivery of Certificates for Professional Empowerment Courses
The minister made this announcement during her participation in a ceremony organized by the Said and Saada Fakhri Development Foundation to award certificates to participants in the professional empowerment courses for 2024. The event took place at the foundation's celebration hall in the town of Zarariya. Many prominent figures, as well as representatives of MPs, municipal councils, and local associations, attended the ceremony.
The Future of Social and Developmental Transformation in Lebanon
Minister Al-Sayyed affirmed that this plan is part of a comprehensive vision aimed at improving the level of social and developmental services in Lebanon, enhancing transparency and governance in government work, which will contribute to the sustainable development of Lebanese society.
