توقيف منفّذ عمليات السطو على الصيدليات: تفاصيل جديدة حول المجرم وإجراءات قوى الأمن

أعلنت المديريّة العامّة لقوى الأمن الدّاخلي شعبة العلاقات العامّة في بيان لها، أنه بتاريخ 12 أبريل 2025، أقدم شخص مجهول يرتدي خوذة على رأسه، على تنفيذ عدة عمليات سلب بالقوة طالت عدداً من الصيدليات في محافظتي بيروت وجبل لبنان، إضافة إلى أحد المطاعم في بيروت. كما قام المشتبه به، خلال تنفيذ إحدى عمليات السطو، بإطلاق النار على صاحبة صيدلية في محلة جسر الواطي.

وأوضحت المديرية أنه فور وقوع الحادثة، أصدرت الأوامر لقطعات قوى الأمن الداخلي للبحث في تحديد هوية الفاعل وتوقيفه، بالتنسيق مع القضاء المختص.

تفاصيل التحقيقات والقبض على المشتبه به:

نتيجة للاستقصاءات والتحريات المكثفة والإجراءات الميدانية، تمكنت شعبة المعلومات من تحديد هوية المشتبه به ومكان تواجده، حيث جرى توقيفه. وقالت المديرية إن المشتبه به يُدعى “ع. ق.” (مواليد 1994، لبناني)، وتم ضبط بحوزته سلاح حربي ومواد مخدرة ومبالغ مالية.

وأوضحت المديرية أنه خلال التحقيق مع المشتبه به، اعترف بما نسب إليه من عمليات سلب، وفتح التحقيق بإشراف القضاء المختص.

الحوادث التي أثارت الاستنكار:

تعرضت ثلاث صيدليات في مناطق سن الفيل، جسر الواطي، والجميزة لعمليات سطو مسلح متزامنة، ما أثار موجة من الاستنكار في أوساط النقابات المهنية والمواطنين. هذه الحوادث تأتي في وقت حساس يعاني فيه البلد من تصاعد الانفلات الأمني الذي بات يشكل تهديداً لعدد من القطاعات الحيوية والمهنية في البلاد.

وفي وقت لاحق، أثنى وزير الداخلية والبلديات، أحمد الحجار، على الجهود الاستثنائية التي بذلها ضباط وعناصر قوى الأمن الداخلي في تنفيذ عملية توقيف منفذ عمليات السطو على الصيدليات والمحلات التجارية. وأشاد الوزير بالسرعة القصوى التي تمت بها عملية التوقيف.

Pharmacy Robbery Suspect Arrested: New Details on the Criminal and Internal Security Measures

The Internal Security Forces (ISF) issued a statement revealing that on April 12, 2025, an unidentified individual, wearing a helmet, carried out several armed robberies targeting pharmacies across Beirut and Mount Lebanon, as well as a restaurant in Beirut. During one of the robberies, the suspect shot at the owner of a pharmacy in the Jisr El-Wati area.

The ISF stated that immediately after the incident, orders were given to security units to identify and arrest the perpetrator in coordination with the competent judiciary.

Investigation Details and Arrest:

Through extensive investigations, intelligence gathering, and field actions, the ISF’s Information Branch successfully identified the suspect and his location. The arrested individual, identified as “A. Q.” (born 1994, Lebanese), was found in possession of a firearm, narcotics, and cash.

The ISF further confirmed that during the investigation, the suspect admitted to the charges against him. The investigation is ongoing under the supervision of the relevant judicial authorities.

Incidents That Sparked Outrage:

Three pharmacies in the neighborhoods of Sin El Fil, Jisr El Wati, and Gemayzeh were simultaneously targeted in armed robberies. These incidents have sparked outrage within professional unions and the public, particularly given the growing security instability that threatens vital sectors and professions in the country.

Later, Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmad Al-Hajj, praised the exceptional efforts of the ISF officers and personnel in swiftly executing the operation to arrest the pharmacy robber and safeguard commercial establishments. He commended the rapid response to the situation.
